I've been aware of Jeff Adams for years. I'm a long time real estate investor and national trainer in the industry and all I can tell you is stay away from this guy. His reputation among those in the seminar industry is horrible. None of us know of any deals he's done. He's ripped off countless students and we have all heard the complaints. I watched him cheat on his wife while we were all on the National Real Investors Cruise years ago. He is basically a scum bag….STAY AWAY

When I attended Jeff Adams 3-day seminar it was awesome. We did a deal in class right over the phone, and learned a ton of info that I didn't get from many other seminars. It's a definite must if you're going to be in real estate investing.

On top of that, we were given strategies that work in today's real estate market, including how to line-up private money to fund our deals, how to save on taxes and protect your assets, and much, much, more.

I would highly recommend this program to anybody who wants to become massively successful in real estate!

All of the tools that he gives you for finding deals, protecting your assets and setting up your business are truly the best in the industry and I would highly recommend.

I signed up for Jeff Adams program and I have been very impressed.

All the positive reviews are obviously by Jeff Adams and his staff. STAY AWAY FROM THEM. It is one big rip off.

Do NOT waste your money on these clowns. They guarentee everything, yet follow through with nothing. They tell to you about all these bank owned properties that no longer exist. This stuff worked in 2009 through 2011, but not now. The whole seminar is more sales pitches from them and you learn nothing. There are a lot of ther unhappy people from the seminar I attended. They also try to convince you to give them another 20k to be appart of their Master Mind program which is nonsense. For the record, I did not purchase that, especially with their pushy and pressure style sales tactics. To sum it they tell you to make low ball offers, however, that does not work in this market. They will not return my phone calls or emails as I am trying to make them back up there so called guarantee.

I went to Jeff Adams free seminar yesterday, 06/25/2014. It was very motivational and inspiring. At the end of the first presentation they wanted us to sign up for the 3 day training which cost 1500 dollars. when I told them that I did not have it they told me to sell some stuff out of my house. Personally, I was sold and was going to give them a post dated check. Thank God i had a couple of family members with me who could see the scam clearly and talked me out of it. They told me lies to get me to come to the seminar and after reading some of the other comments i'm pretty sure that they lied about what to expect during the 3 day training. Save your money and do your own real estate investing research.

Leads that come from his software have been the most productive and lend the most credibility to our business. I can’t say enough good things about Jeff, his automated system and the amount of profit that it has brought into my company.

Hi People: Don't give this guy your hard earned cash! He's only making money off the seminars. Going on the bus tour is a waste of time, there are no deals, save your money and stay home! The first 3 day seminars are thier to sell you a bigger plan, don't fall for it! The sales people are all there to fool you out of your money!-------Louis

I am so glad that I read these reviews before I sign up.
I went to their free seminar yesterday. Yeah, they offered the 3 days training for $1500. When I said I couldn't afford it, one of their salesmen said they could let me in if I have $997. The price dropped $500 in about 1 minute!!! They tried to rob your money as much as they could. Luckily, I didn't sign up.
They advertised that they would give you 2 gifts: Jeff's Passive Profits Blueprint and Jeff's Insider Secrets DVD. After the seminar, they gave me one piece of paper with the website address to download those gifts. I checked online and their is no website at all. This is SCAM!!!! BE AWARE!!!!

I think everyone should send Jeff their money. He seems to be an honest guy... Look... he even has commercials on the radio - He must be HONEST

Posted an issue in November, 2013. Well guess what??? Another seminar mailer came in the mail yesterday, addressed to our dead aunt at our address, where she has never lived. Called them, again, about removing her name from their database and asking, AGAIN, about their source for the names/addresses they send mailers to. Phone only rings, no answering system whatsoever. Maybe they recognize my phone number and are avoiding picking up??????

My husband and I went to a 3 day seminar. $1,500 was the cost. The seminar was 10% education the rest was fluff, hype, motivational, and promotion for an upsell. The upsell would supposedly put you in contact with a mentor that could work with you directly. The cost of that mentor and their time ranges from $40k to 100k.
We didn't agree to the upsell. We have been contacted via phone since to ask is if we are ready to change our lives and invest with the Jeff adams group.
At one point the caller said he would schedule us with the one guy who can decide to let us into the inner circle. He asked if he could put us on hold. But I think he just muted his phone so he could listen to my husband and I talking to each other. When I muted our line he was back a few seconds later.

They buy their mailing lists to send their invitations out with. Then when confronted they tell baldfaced lies about the person signed up. I simply wanted to find out who they buy their lists from so that I could get her removed from it. They told me that our aunt signed up in 2005 but used our address, but when I wanted more detailed info they told me their servers had gone down. Yeah, they think I'll believe that our 77yo crippled aunt in one state signed up and used our address in another state. BULL!!! When I kept insisting that did not happen, the sales guys response was to ask if I was with our aunt when she signed up. I blew a gasket and called him a name. Our address has only been associated with our aunt for purposes of her estate. . .she's been dead for 5 years! Jeff Adams group has NEVER sent anything out until now, so they lie like dogs.

Beware! Jeff Adams is the biggest liar out there right now! He manages to convince people that he is successful because of his strategy, which he had developed himself some years ago. And now he wants to share that strategy with others, but of course, for a price!
First of all, you have to set up an appointment to this guy, and then wait for several months to visit him. Then there are numerous visits to his office, where he brainwashes you, and takes more and more money, while you listen to his stories with an open jaw.
I know this for a fact, because of a real experience from a friend. After this, since my friend was unable to do anything about being robbed, I have decided to take things in to my own hands and let everyone know who they are dealing with.

My friend has been foolish enough to go to this Jeff Adams to seek answers how to be lucky and wealthy. Well, he ended up selling his things and even his house to pay Jeff Adams for his so called services! Now he's homeless! I am trying my best to help this god damned fool until he finds a job, and rents himself a room or something. Otherwise he would be living on the street, all thanks to Jeff Adams Real Estate Investing! What a scam!!!
