Proven over 25 years in business, and thousands of customers obviously the two above reviews are written on the same day by some person or persons with a bogus agenda. People with ulterior motives can write anything anywhere and hide in the shadows of the internet and unfortunately disguise themselves as real. Do real homework, have your lawyer talk to the companies lawyer, have your accountant talk to the companies 25 year plus registered chartered account (CA), have your banker talk to the companies 25 year relationship with the RBC bank. Member of the BBB for over 25 years and no unresolved issues or complaints on file. Meet with the principles and staff of the organization. Do your real constructive due diligence before deciding to get involved with any business.

I have made a research before I was going to try and open my own business, which I thought I would not need a partner for and I could control everything from home.
As I've said, I made a research on Fresh-O-Matic, because I didn't want to get scammed. My friend tried to open his own company once, and he almost lost his house, because some fraudulent company took all his money. I was concerned about it and didn't want something similar happen to me. I called the Fresh-O-Matic office and asked what are the conditions and services they offer to people who want to run a vending machine business.
I've been told that there is too much information to tell over the phone, so they offered to set up a meeting. I agreed. But before going to this meeting I found bad complaints, and also this one.
I never went to the meeting, and decided that it's better to believe the reviews and stay safe, then to ignore them and suddenly get scammed.
I wish for everyone to be careful! Don't mess with rip offs!

Scam!
I was interested in the success stories that are uploaded from people on Fresh-O-Matic website and I thought to myself – Why don't I try as well?
I contacted the company and asked how can we meet to start up this business. A gentleman has set a date and time when we would meet and when we did, he convinced me that it's that easy.
We talked for about an hour, and I was almost sure, that this is going to be another success. My family was skeptic about it, especially my wife who didn't believe in such business opportunities.
But I decided to try it anyway. I paid them an up front payment and we were suppose to meet again to sign up a contract.
I didn't hear any news from this man in months. I tried calling him, but he never picked up the phone. When I called the company, the secretary told me that I should contact the manager on his cell.
My family is not happy that I had spent money on some stupid idea. Yes, I was going after money, but it was suppose to be for a better living.
Anyway, I suggest you stay away from Fresh-O-Matic, they are crooks!
