Starting your own business is difficult. I hear a lot of (stole my money) and (didn't keep promises.) I am sure there are disclosure document you must have read through before giving up 25K. I clicked on the web site looking for information on the working and business practices of ABS and it seem like I just found a site for people with failed businesses to vent. Disapponted!

I have been feeling the same way. I took the class in June 2013 and it seemed all good they hype you up, but you can't know what is going on in five days with the medical field. It is a rip off.

I like what they have to offer and I have spoken with many ABS business owners who are completely happy with their decision!

Currently, I'm looking into going into business with ABS...I'm glad I'm doing homework beforehand :-)

If all these negative reviews are indeed true, maybe collectively file a lawsuit...just my thoughts...

I urge everyone who feels ripped off by ABS to file a complaint with the FTC and their states consumer protection agency. Only by making complaints to these and other gov't agencies cam we stop scam artists like ABS.

What's with all the fake reviews on here?

I don't want to give a long and drawn out story.I have read each of these reviews. I agree. I have been a ABS licensee since March 2013. Don't make the mistake I did. it is not worth $25,000. I wish I can sell it back to them I would sell this business for $10,000.

This site appears to be an extortion scheme with fake reviews in an attempt to extort companies to pay to be removed and the other reviews here don't even have a basic grasp of the ABS program which makes me doubt very much that these are other actual ABS Licensees.

ABS is an awesome organization to partner with. They provided me with the tools that I sought after to start my own business. The support provided by ABS goes above and beyond any that I have seen in the industry. The most impressive attribute is the company's openness and clarity of, what your expectations should be. ABS stands behind their products and clearly outlines the conditions of their guarantee - this is an attribute that I have yet to see when searching for business opportunities. Becoming a licensee is one of the best decisions that I have made. It has set the foundation for my entrepreneur opportunities to begin. The ability to succeed is in my court now and it is comforting to know that I have such a wonderful support team to assist me along the way. I HIGHLY recommend this company!

Warning: ABS are good at marketing their services and products to the public after all they are a marketing company. If you are wondering how you can own a successful medical billing company from ABS with only 5 day's of training, the answer is you can't. In order to be an expert at something you have to study your craft on a regular basis. Do not let them tell you you can be successful in a short amount of time because you can't, unless you have connections to the industry prior to joining.

The truth is this, they use marketing strategies that aim at making average working class people believe that anybody can own a successful medical billing business but you have to know that Medical billing is not for everyone, just like being a lawyer or a doctor isn't for everyone. It takes a certain skill set and desire to be successful in these things, if you are just looking for extra money and your heart isn't in it, then you won't succeed!

The purpose of this comment is to share my personal experience about ABS, and to share information with those individuals considering investing their money with them.

I regret becoming a licensee, it is the most expensive mistake I have ever made. I did not get the lifetime support that I was supposed to get, meaning when you contact the Support team which is one person namely, Casey, he is quick to refer your questions to someone else, if he responds to you at all.

After looking back on where I messed up, I realize that I allowed ABS to sell me on how good there software is compared to everyone else's, which is no different from anyone else's at all. They will also quote statistics to support their stories (Good Marketing!)

Let's do the math $25,000( To join ABS /New licensee)*20 (available seats in hotel for training )=$500,000 every 6 week's!!! That's about $ 6 million a year just for signing you up. Hint: they market themselves on Franchise Websites but tell
you that they are not a Franchise? You will have to pay a Franchise tax during tax
season, trust me!

Beware of the If then trick. If you do xyz for 3 months then you will have a client. Remove the A from ABS and that's what you get!

I'm not sure what the purpose of this website is, but ABS doesn't offer $1,000 lectures. These reviews all have poor use of english/grammar and it doesn't seem like any of these reviews are from real licensees of ABS...

What I am hearing here is not good at all, that is why I made it my business not to take their calls, and instead, looked them up! I have received several calls from them, but I prefer to hear from people not connected with ABS LLC owners. Therefore, I am conducting my own research to see what ABS LLC is about. To me the lectures are sales people trying to make a sale, and as we know, sales reps are in it to make a sale and move on. I guess my research is over. I am sorry for the rest of you, but at least you learned something that saved others from making the same mistake. KEEP TELLING OTHERS YOUR STORY!

I regret ever so much not reading these complaint first! Now I have also became one of those who has been scammed by American Business Systems.
I have spent $1000.00 on their services and none of them ever gave a result. I did not have any luck with my previous business so I decided to give these courses a try and maybe I would be able to do something that would bring my company popularity. Well I am still on the same level and now I am also out of $1000.00!
I want to bring this fact to the attention of your self employed people, who don't really understand where to start – believe me – not the right place to go to and put your money in to!
I think this company was only set up for dirty business which brings benefit to them not their clients.

I saved money for some 7 years and finally I decided to invest them in something exciting and profitable. After thinking for awhile I decided that I am ready to start my own business. However, I had no idea what to start from and a friend of mine decided to attend courses on how to start the business.
I searched through the internet and ran against American Business Systems that had good comments and impressive website. Now I understand that comments are fakes and all the info I read about hundreds of people who became successful due to their courses was a lie. But thereat I thought that it is a sign and I have to go to this courses and I will get everything I want.
So, I gave them a part of saved money and started to attend the lectures. I didn’t miss any trainings and seminars but after finishing the whole course I can truly say that I simply gave American Business Systems my money and wasted my time on the lectures.
You pay enormous sum of money for something you don’t know. There is no opportunity to get a refund as they say that there is no reason for a refund. They provided all the services mentioned in the agreement but they didn’t mention the quality and uselessness of the training as a whole. American Business Systems LLC are a scam!

Ripped off! Ripped off out of $24.990!!! The deal that we had with American Business Systems LLC never was fulfilled, and they just took my money and never did anything for me! I am very upset since these people do not keep their promises!
American Business Systems LLC were suppose to teach about software, marketing, lifetime support, etc. but none of these points were provided! I am very disappointed! I thought I was dealing with a legitimate company, but they are just crooks and scam artists!
Now I am not able to return my money, since they canceled the training of the last group and won't return nobody's payment! People from different companies want to start a law suit, where all of us will try and prove that we've been robbed, and to make the company shut down!
This is simply outrageous!
If you'll ever get to deal with this company without remembering who they are, just be smart about your moves, and sign and save a contract with them about your payment.

Beware of these liars who steal others money!

You know what I think? I think these people from American Business Systems LLC are real frauds! And none of their stories are true!
I wanted to attend their lectures on how to start my own business. But I really spoke to a person who went there, left a lot of money, and now regrets about ever going there and trusting them!
I will not say the name of this individual, as he wished to remain anonymous, but boy, he had so many problems with American Business Systems, that it took a lot of strength away from him.
To cut long story short – in the end this guy made the company give him his money back.
Now him and I are starting a campaign against American Business Systems to make people see who is out there, that this company is not to be trusted.
If you'll ever decide to try it out – hire an attorney at once, and bring him the papers to read which the company provides you to sign.
Speaking of attorneys – read about them as well. Seriously, read about everything on the internet, there are so many useful websites and reviews about the businesses and people who are committing fraud all the time. I myself turn to my computer all the time. Makes me feel safer. There are almost no honest companies left out there.
