Property Direct USA is by far the WORST property management company I have ever dealt with

Property Direct USA is by far the WORST property management company I have ever dealt with. I live in Utah and when I moved the original property manager was great, but shortly after Property Direct USA took over. Its been bad ever since. They don't care about the tenants and refuse to fix anything. One time my door wouldn't lock and they told me since it was a holiday I would have to wait until THUR, the washer/dryer broke they refused to fix it until I said I would break the lease because I wouldn't have moved if the unit had no w/d, and now they decided to change the language of the lease concerning the rental due date (to which i didn't agree with) Is this even Legal?????

In Short.. Stay AWAY FROM Property Direct USA, THEY SUCK AND ARE TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL!!! THEY MUST BE A CHEAP COMPANY TO USE...
