Emily’s Rentals

This is the worst rental agency I have ever used. I have never experienced such incompetence in my life. The staff is unprofessional, rude, and unknowledgeable. I have been in contact with rental agencies for almost 11 years and this is by far the worst. The BBB has 7 complaints filed against them. Most of the reviews online are 3 stars at best.

Emily’s Rentals is the WORST Rental company I have ever rented from period. My house was broken into leaving my back door completely dismantled. I immediately called Emily's Rentals and asked them to send someone out to fix it. The first thing I was asked was - quot; Did you file a work order? Someone came and nailed a piece of small piece of wood on my back door for the night. Mind you it is just me in my infant staying in the house. Its has been one week and my door is STILL not finished. I tried speaking with the supervisor Kyle Wheatley numerous times and after 3 days I was finally able to speak with him. He didn't offer me an apologies nor a proper solution. He sounded very non-chalant and didn't care in the least bit. Please be careful before renting from Emily’s Rentals. Go to a company that actually cares about the renters.
