Maybe if you were not such a jerk to people on a regular basis and didn't carry yourself with such arrogance then consumers would not file complaints against you. There is always a reason and a motive for people going online and complaining, what you are forgetting is that you clearly mis-treated someone along the way & instead of apologizing you moved on. Its my opinion that online complaints are just that " 1 isolated complaint" and the people that know you don't need to verify your character online. However if you are still out there in the world mis-treating others, treating buyers and sellers like they are beneath you, or other people who have been mistreated by you along they way are warning others about your business and its true character... then thats on you. If 1 online complaint causes your business to buckle or be effected, then the complaint is only reinforcing peoples beliefs or suspicions about you. Its my opinion that you are a Smug & a Stuck up ###, who feels entitled. If anyone asks about you or I see an advertisement where you are listed, I always go out of my way to tell others that I believe you are dishonest & that you are only interested in serving your self. You can go on this website and search for any major company ( Disney, Dish Network, Coldwell Banker, etc) they will all have complaints about them posted here that may or may not be true. However those businesses continue to thrive and grow, because the complaints do not reinforce the daily actions of that company. They are isolated cases of disgruntled customers. Your customers are using the above complaint to verify that you are in fact what they believe a pompous ###-hole. Focus on changing who you are and being a better person Joshua Stern & maybe the complaints will stop or don't and watch them to continue to pile up.

Joshua Stern is a Fraud and a complete Snake oil sales man. His entire office is built on receiving illegal kickbacks, gifts, perks & other financial incentives that make it impossible for a buyer or seller to know you are receiving ethical advice when transacting real estate. Joshua Stern is far more concerned with his pocket, maintaining a good relationship with other agents & his gigantic ego that he is steering clients to whatever deal makes most sense for him. How can Joshua Stern fighting for the best deal, when he has to maintain a good relationship with all the agents? He can't, so instead of fighting for you the client, he offers a load of back door side deals to get people paid & pays himself well without disclosing his illegal tactics. This guy is as Shady as they come, A TRUE FRAUD!!!

Myself and others who have been mis represented by Joshua Stern & his team inside Keller Williams have begun to turn over evidence to the Real Estate commission, SEC and Attorney Generals office here in Utah, Many of Joshua Stern strategies not only violate his real estate code of ethics, but there are several cases where Joshua Stern & the Stern Team has violate the law.

I would not do business with Joshua Stern or The Stern Team going forward in good conscience as you may be involved later in a federal suit.
