Not responding to taking untrue things off of their site

We have been harassed by a mentally unstable man in Australia who has posted incorrect and defamation lies about our company and our staff after we let our industry know that this man was creating scam penny auction sites that promised he could sell you auction tickets to be able to have a chance to spend time with some of the biggest celebrities in the United States. 
We wrote and emailed to Rippoff.com about what this man was doing under different aliases and never heard from them.
