Tmone lost my final paycheck. Definitely considering taking legal action. Worst place I've ever worked. Don't even consider working here

I have been with this company since September. Was not able to get in the systems until December. So my sales did not count. Did not get a bonus for my sales. Will be filing a report.

This is bullshit!! Tmone has lost my final paycheck!!! Along with many others. Think I may take legal action because it's so illegal !!!

This is literally the worst place I have ever worked. This is by no means an exaggeration. It is awful. Avoid it at all costs. Sell plasma. Strip. Keep lonely truckers warm on cold nights...anything but this. Given the opportunity to work here again, I would most likely kill myself as slowly and horrifically as possible in stead. The owners should be investigated for corruption and money laundering.

I was working for Tmone or Total Marketing for four months and I've not been paid by this company. I am sure I am not the only person who worked here for free. It seems that each week dozens of angry employees are saying the same thing. Officially this company claims to employ only 10-35 people. The reality is that this company puts together different marketing teams and it can be that at one moment there work up to 350 people.
Who is responsible for the timecards, payroll, and bookkeeping for all of these employees? As I know they have only one accountant and that is the problem. This poor woman simply can’t calculate all the details so fast. But of course this doesn’t make the whole situation better. Of course people don’t get paid. You have the workforce of a giant company with the capabilities of a small business. And the ones who are suffering are the employees. Many of whom are professional people with families who're stuck having to put up with this due to a currently terrible job market. The owner and the upper management of this company should be changed.

These people are the most dishonest, deceitful, lowlife slime. Dont say you were not warned.

Do not work for this company! Tmone is absolute nightmare and these people treat their employees like robots!!
I used to work for them for a while and after that experience I will never recommend this company to anyone!
They never keep promises which they give on their interviews and advertising their job positions.
They offered me $8 per hour +$2.50 bonus but they never mentioned that for bonus you have to work over 8 hours per day otherwise it is unreachable. Another negative moment is the payday. The payroll and check arrived at Thursday but they give it to employees only at Monday and it is without any agreement or reason.
They force people to work extra hours but doesn't honor their passion and don't pay benefits as promised. There is no chance to book holidays when you need them and moreover, holidays and sick days are unpaid - but they also never mention this moment on their interviews. After I stopped working in this company I waited more than three months to get my final payroll!!! AI had to contact them weekly because they "always forgot" about their duties!
Stay away from Tmone - you will waste your time and health with them!
