I am using their DDoS protection solution since over 6 months and I am very impressed by the quality of their network and their protection. We did not faced any downtime since we started to use their service. The support is also always here when you needed help even it is outside the scope of the hosting service. I highly recommand them for someone looking for a peace of mind DDoS protection host.

WITH KODDOS FOR SOME TIME AND HONESTLY I HAVE TO SAY UPTIME 100% AND OFFSHORE, MY PREVIOUS HOSTER GODADDY SUCK THEY SUSPENDED MY ACCOUNT, IT HAS BEEN 4 MONTHS NEVER HAD ANY ISSUES WITH KODOSS, THE ADMIN PROVIDES SKYPE SUPPORT TOO AND IS ALWAYS HERE WHEN I NEED HELP

I am writing this review because of an unbelievably poor service KoDDos is providing. My business depends on my website staying online 24/7 and I decided to make a little research on the companies that provide secured hosting service. KoDDos didn't have any negative reviews online for some reason and I've decided to use this company for my hosting needs. I've taken up their 'High Risk Hosting' plan which costs $140 per month. However, they claimed that this package provides 30 GB Storage, 400 GB Clean Bandwidth and most importantly Protection Up To 50 Gbps, therefore this seemed like a bargain.
Long story short, I've taken up their plan, paid $140 and the first day my website was down for a few hours. I immediately contacted their customer service reporting the issue, however they didn't bother to reply for a whole day and when they finally decided to answer their reply was an appologie, stating that they had some technical difficulties which have already been sorted and will not occur again.
I believed them and continued to use their service. In the next few days my website was down for a total of 6 hours which was simply unacceptable. I decided to contact KoDDos customer service again. This time it took them two (!) days to reply. The most rediculous thing was the fact that they replied with exactly the same text as in the previos issue - 'technical difficulties', 'already solved', 'will not occur again'.
Needless to say, the problem was not fixed and their hosting servers contined to fail causing my website to be down for approximately two hours every day for the rest of the week.
After this experience I've backed up my website and decided to cancel my subscription. I emailed KoDDos' customer service team explaining my dissatisfaction and asking them to cancel my hosting service. The communication regarding this topic continued for another week because of their slow communication, but in the end they finally cancelled my subscription and I went to another company. However, a few weeks later (a month after I started to use KoDDos' services) they have charged me $140!
This is simply unacceptable! This Hong Kong based company thinks that they can do whatever they want and remain unpunished, but I will not leave it like that! I hope my story will reach the people who are looking to subscribe to this company's services.

I recently became the customer of the company named Koddos. It is a new company working in the sphere of providing Internet services. My friend and I decided to make the website, so we were looking for an expedient hosting plan. We contacted the agent from Koddos and at the beginning he was really nice and helpful, he explained everything and advised the medium risk hosting plan, which costs about $390 per month. The agent told us that their protection is the best in the market and that they would defend our website against all type of attacks such as syn, fin, tcp, icmp, udp and all types of webserver viruses. The agent told to contact their support team if we will have any problems. Everything worked perfectly for couple months, but then our website was harmed by Trojan and Malware viruses from the server of this company, and we had no idea how to resolve this issue. The situation became worse and we tried to reach the support team, because even our website stopped loading. The agent promised to provide 24/7 support, but it was a lie, they never helped us and we decided to look for another hosting company. They don’t care about customers and uninterested in their problems. They didn’t even offer any solutions or the refund. I will never ever recommend this company to anyone. Better avoid them if you don’t want to infect your website by different viruses and suspicious attacks from their server. I hope my review would help other customers. Thanks.
