In october 2013, the company HM Constructions decided to cut off water supply in the living building on Sarjapur Road. I had just bought the flat in this building, and I was shocked that these people made such thing. All residents put the dispute, and one day the responsible person arrived to our building. This man, Mehaboob Siwani, behaved himself like a prick. He argued with all the residents and told a lot of dirty and unpleasant things. He threatened us and promised to destroy this building and all our flats. We called him later and he continued to yell and tell horrible stuff. Mehaboob Siwani told us to pay money in order to fix all the problems with water supply system. We decided to pay him in order to avoid problems and get back to everyday life, but after we made a transfer nothing happened. He lied to us and stole our money. All residents are desperate and thinking about moving out from the flats, because it is impossible to live here. Mehaboob Siwani is the devil and I hope that someone will punish him for his unfair and dirty business. I want to warn people not to deal with this man, because you will lose everything that you have.

If I can give -ve stars I would have give it. These folks are abosolute rogues. They will take money in name of club house and facilities and not give the same

Mehaboob Siwani is the second person who runs this fraudulent business called HM Constructions.
I can not describe how frustrated I am after I had to deal with them.

Mehaboob Siwani tries to represent himself as an honest business man and a hard working person. Lies! I want to tell everyone what kind of a person he really is! They say that their company has many satisfied customers, well if they do, I am not one of them!
I signed up to be one of the buyers of an apartment in HM Indigo. I was very excited as I have been looking for a place to move to for months. This was the kind of neighborhood I wanted. And it is close to where I work. We signed a contract and I have been paying for the apartment I didn't have yet since then. I even spoke to Mehaboob Siwani himself about the time schedule when I would be able to move in. I have been waiting and waiting and never received any calls about the process of construction. I have been driving pass the construction place and I saw that no one is working. I began to wonder if the company is experiencing financial problems and the project has been frozen. I called their offica and asked what is going on and they have assured me that there were no problems. Then why isn't anyone working at the construction place???

Mehaboob Siwani obviously is just trying to make an impression that they are building new homes for people, when the real deal here is that they only collect money and it is said in the contact that you can not get out of the deal for five years!

I want to warn everyone to stay away from the company and Mehaboob Siwani! He is a con artist! Such people should be placed under custody and their business shut down!
Not only do I want my money back, but I also want a compensation for struggling!
