John C. McElwaine is the worst person in the entire world. I went to work as a lawyer in Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough and this crook sexually assaulted me all the time. He called me b*tch and tried to touch me all the time. I told him to stop numerous times, but it only became worse and he started to threaten that he will kill me if I will try to make complaints.

I decided to resolve my issue and made a complaint to the manager. It’s pathetic but he told me that John C. McElwaine is one his best employees and can’t be fired. Also he said that I’m working here just a month, so I should close my mouth, do my job and stop creating problems. I couldn’t find the way out and decided to resign, but I want everyone to know that Mr. McElwaine is a pervert and public disgrace and all the women should be aware of this degenerate human being and his horrible reputation.
