I went to their seminar and recognized one of their agents as the sales person from RSM Equico. They were sued in a 100 million suit and had to repay all the money they had stolen from clients they never sold. G.E. is the exact same bunch of people with the exact same scam presentation. No legit business marketing company would require $35,000.00 in advance.

These guys just collect retainer fees but don't sell companies. Many of the people that work here worked at Geneva and RSM Equico who both settled class action lawsuits for screwing business owners out of their money with the promise of selling their business.

I would not pay them a dime.

All these guys wants your retainer fee. Most are all ex Geneva, RSM Equico or GW Equity. They sell only a small percent of the companies they sign up. Buyer beware!
