Rue educationThey are rude ! After you ensign up that is it ! I lost my job didn't even use the products or program at all .
So I called to see if i could start the program another time when I find a job they stated no you can pay all the amount owed now or I can lower your payment for 3 months. I stated I can not make a payment at all because I need a house over my head . She got rude with me. So unprofessional! Called back to talk to someone else they were nice stated I will call back never called back. They have no hearts , they rather take money. Like I said I never even signed up for a class yet! |

They wanted to extra charge me for nothing!I found Rue Education as an ideal opportunity for me to finish my law degree. I contacted them and discussed all the details of my studies. I thought everything was safe and I won’t have any problems, because these studies were the most important thing in my life. We had a deal that I would pay Rue Education every month 200$. When I started my studies with their help, everything went so well, that I had no idea, that in the end of the month they will tell me that we had misunderstanding about the price – now as they say I need to pay them 250$ instead of the 200$ we had a deal about in the beginning . I told them that it’s not my guilt in this situation, so I would like to continue my studies as usual. Rue Education refused to me, and did not even give me satisfying explanation why they do so. As you understand, I stopped my activity in their project, and I’m looking forward to deal with them on the court, because this is absolutely not acceptable consumer service for a company like Rue Education.
