The Tax Club

I've totally changed my mind on Tax Club.  In the time I've been with them it's just gone downhill with service.  Last year extensions had to be filed and not due to me but them.  I've sent emails to the The Tax Club that go unanswered.  They seem to have high change over with people and after this tax season I am done to be sure.  The Tax Club did start out well but not so much anymore.  I do not at all recommend them.  The people are nice when you talk to them and relatively helpful.  They want to do a good job which is why I think their is also the high turnover but the organization and the like is just awful.

Hopefully no one else will get scammed by this terrible company!

The Tax Club should not have a license to do business.  Lack of communication, staffing changes, inept advisory service.  Miss forms, do not return phone calls, no client focus, when asked to submit extensions because The Tax Club failed to deliver time and time again on my taxes which I had to them by 2/1, they forgot to send in one, and I got fined.  Fined for their ineptness.  No accountability, no reimbursement for their mistake, like it was no big deal - par for the course.  Of course, I have left and from what it sounds like that is now par for the course.  Do not use The Tax Club.  And with the way the IRS is clamping down on everyone, we all deserve adequate representation, at the least.

This guys are simply awful in every aspect - stay away from them people!
