One mentiones a Forumn. 724 has never had a forumn so that is one bit of evidence to dispute this claim. And we don't give commissions so that is another piece of evidence. And we have never offered free websites, so there is a 3rd thing to dispute the claim..
And the other claim of no customer service is a lie. Anyone doubting that can call us anytime. 805-740-6163.

These complaints are false. Our systems have been online 24/7 with no more than a 15 minute downtime since 1997. It's amazing what lies prior customers make up. Why? I wish I knew their motive.

I was using 724hosting because it was only $10 per month and 7 day FREE trial period. My mentor did not help me and I then found a lot of complaints that this company was simply ignoring. When I signed up with 724 Internet Solutions they offered a free web site. I completed the form to have my present website transferred. They had an area to fill out to pay a new signup fee and hosting fee and this is not right because I am already paying hosting fees on a 2 year plan.
I was on 724hosting forum and many people said they had the same problem. I have found that other companies had cheaper hosting, but I gave it a run for three years but for $1 commission it was not worth my time. It was a great start and business lesson. I have found that people need a system and if now I have big experience in making the system and thanks god I found how to grow my business now.

We bought hosting space on 724hosting and we are still unable to host our website. They are unable to resolve this issue. We are fed up by communicating and raising incident against this issue. They are just saying we would resolve this issue within 24-72 hours. Please help us to host our site otherwise we have to take some strict action against 724 Internet Solutions.
One of their servers has been down for 5 days. They offer no customer service, promise call backs and never actually do it. Every time you go onto their chat helpline you get the response we are working on it. After 5 days and begging them to move me to another server, they agreed saying they are working too slow. They refused to call me and said they would speak to me only if I phoned in. They simply don't take any responsibility for the product they offer. Don’t use this company! If they will try to convince you about their honest business, you will know that it is a lie.
