Desert State Mortgage

I got scammed by Desert State Mortgage. This company had to make mortgage modification but they did nothing and now I am losing my house! I know that I am not the only victim and there are many other people who were scammed just like me. Please tell me why this company still operates on the market.
I want compensation and a full refund. Desert State Mortgage has delayed my modification for 2 years and set me up for one repayment plan after the other only to cancel each plan.
Another issue, they are withholding insurance money for storm damage that was repaired. Their manager is trying to force me to pay more money rather than paying the roofer for the repairs completed.
Just stay away from Desert State Mortgage. I lost my dream house and $2000 cost just because of them. After you pay them for Appraisal they stop to answer your calls. Everything they say is built on LIES. They have no idea how to organize their own business!

Dear customers, please don’t ever use Desert State Mortgage, LLC. I do not write complaints usually but I can’t remain silent this time. I hired this company because I needed help with my home mortgage and they claimed they will contact my loan company and try to reduce mortgage. Actually in the agreement there was said that if they didn’t manage to change something during three months they will return 100% of the sum. More than six months passed since I hired them and they didn’t complete their work. It seems to me that they didn’t even start it. I am about to lose my house and no one can help me. The money I paid to Desert State Mortgage would help me to save house for some months more but I can’t get a refund.
Their scheme is so ordinary and I got scammed so easily. Be aware of Desert State Mortgage and other companies offering the same contract. I would appreciate any help concerning my money refund. I hope there are still good and responsive people in the world.
