While it is usually hard to locate and prove as to who is behind the malicious and anonymous reviews that ruin lives, families, bully children, destroy successful businesses, the damaged parties can sue Karl Zimmerman for generating income from the destroyed lives and careers.

I think the other reviews are for a different spa. Atlanta Medispa on Peachtree road has never accepted groupons. I had lipo there and my results are fabulous. I can't stop posting selfies.

What a rip off! I have bought a groupon for $100 worth of spa services and made an appointment and on the actual day of the appointment, I woke up with a fever and severe head cold. I called to reschedule and explained and they informed me, "oh bad for you, that cancels your groupon, it’s our policy". I explained again that had I foreseen my fever and etc. I certainly would have cancelled with a 24 hour notice, but that I would try and give it to someone else to use short notice. I could not, and finally decided they had made me mad enough that if that was the way they conducted business then I would keep the appointment and infect everyone. Not very nice I know, but the receptionist, would not budge, and was really quite rude. In the end, I was too sick to leave the bathroom, and did not come, and will not promote that business, but rather will make as many publicly know how rude and uncooperative they were. I might add as a business owner myself and also in the healthcare field, I have gladly allowed my patients to cancel and reschedule without a fee or such policies. Don't deal with Atlanta Medical Day Spa!

I went there to make my body look more beautiful. But you have no idea what they have done to it!
I wanted to make my stomach, thighs, hips and buttocks look thinner. However, I can't even go outside because of that clinic! I can't look at my body! I wake up every morning and cry, because I can't stop thinking about the scars!
ATLANTA MEDICAL DAY SPA SUCKS! TOTAL SCAM!
They rejected my claim about giving me back my refund, and won't even go about resolving the issue.
What am I suppose to do now??? How long will I be suffering because some people can't do their jobs properly??
How can this fraudulent clinic still exist, when I bet there are other victims like myself????

This can not continue. I want everyone who suffered to unite, so that we could get these bastards to go to court and be sued! 158

People! Take your time to check out the reviews about the place you're about to go to let them do something to your body!
There are also other procedures at this place, but I bet they all suck as well! There are no specialists at the Atlanta Medical Day Spa! None!
