They have never helped me.We ordered a TV from ADvantage LED just a few months ago and it simply didn't turn on today. There was no sign or signal regarding the problem. We are busy professionals and don't regularly watch TV, so we have rarely watched it since we got it. But finally this is the time of the year that we have those moments to spare, it's just the week that we can enjoy our free time watching movies on this highly promoted TV, but it just doesn't work!
I was shocked that TV can break just like that! This situation only shows the quality of the product ADvantage LED sells. I took TV to the original shop and was told that it is not original and I can’t use my warranty. It means that I have to repair TV by myself and pay money for it. My wife told me that I have to send TV back to the seller but I don’t have back address. I still hope that ADvantage LED will take some action to correct this issue, either coming to take this bad unit from home or even replace with a new one. But most likely they will do nothing to repair my TV or exchange it. |

I have never got reimbursed or paid for the work.I was working for ADvantage LED Lighting & Signs and I would like to complain about the salary they are providing to their employees. I was looking for a job for a long time and got email from their agent. He told me that they have found my resume on the internet and I am perfect for the job. He offered me a position in their company. After many meetings, discussing salary and interviews I was offered a job. I filled many questionnaires and it was quite a long procedure till they finally hired me. I was explained about the salary and the expenses if I will do my work badly. I don’t know why but I have never got reimbursed or paid for the work.
Their attitude to the employees is the same as to the customers. The only goal they have is to get money from the customers and then they are not interested in providing any kind of services. They hire special people who will solve the problems with dissatisfied clients. ADvantage LED only plug money and force the employees to scam the customers. I have no idea how they stay competitive in business for such a long time. |
