We have had similar accounts.But our problem is they don't understand the word NO or I'm not interested. Over the past 3-4 years they have come in 3-4 times. The first time they came in, it was the same thing as above that they wanted to help us and analize our company. The guy was to be honest a dink. He was rude and told us we don't anything about running our business. (We've been around for 35+ years, so clearly we don't know how to stay afloat) He left saying we needed him, but we told him no. Then a month or so later his boss called and apologized for the other guy and asked if he could send someone else because that man clearly was just being rude. So we said yeah, but we're not paying you, ($900 from the first guy) So this guys said it would be on the house. We let a gentleman come in, and he was very nice, broke things down for us. He had been in the same style business as ours for 20 years before he started working here and he gave us some areas we could improve on. Told us how much it would cost. We let him know we couldn't do that right now. He said he understands and to let them know when we can. He was a good one. So then 6ish months later they call back and want to come back in and analyze it again. We're thinking, if it's the same guy, maybe we can work with him. A different guy comes in Years younger and was a total dick. He went through our information and then told us we didn't know anything about business, didn't know what we were doing for all these years and that we couldn't afford him. And yet he wanted to belittle us about how we didn't know anything because he clearly knew everything about everything. He kicked him out because of the jerk that he was. They called back a few weeks later apologizing again. We told them not to call again. One of their guys shows up today at 10, we tell him we aren't interested, leave because you are just going to tell us we don't know anything and that we can't afford you. We left unhappy, we get a call from his boss a few minutes later chewing us out for not letting him analyze our business because they sent him all the way over to our area. These people are jerks, book smart pricks that just want your money.

Can not even give one star honestly. High pressure and what we got was forms loaded on computer that we never could use and if we tried to use figures from our accountant they never computed correctly. Were told in beginning they would be giving us tasks but all they wanted to do was come back and charge another 10 or 20 grand which they want before they are even done...tell you you can write 2 checks and postdate one and then they cashed both of them immediately. The fee they charged nearly put us out of business and the sales they predicted for the year were way off. I let them know all this and they say they will have to come back as it has to be done in person and would probably take 40 hours!!!! They are so full of it, All they want is to collect those outrageous fees and provide you nothing worth the money. Who in the world would pay for this sham twice? I would never use them again and would warn any one to NEVER NEVER FALL FOR THIS!!

I had a woman named Lori with SMS dba Global Resources, LLC, come in unannounced on Tuesday, December 15, 2015 and she swore that my husband told her to come in. When I asked him about it, he couldn't remember so I told her I would meet with her. She talked about a plan for us and how we would be able to benefit from their services BUT I would have to meet with a higher up named Troy. I agreed for Thursday, tomorrow, and then she left. That meeting lasted about an hour. THEN today another person walks in and said she had an appointment to meet with me today. My secretary announced her and I saw that I had nothing on my calendar for today for any meetings or telephonic conferences. I came out of my office and apologized to her that I could not meet with her today as I was extremely busy as this is a short week and I am closing out the year as we shut down for Christmas 2 weeks. I told her my meeting was not until tomorrow and it was with Troy. She said I was wrong and that she was sent out because Troy PROBABLY had other meetings. I told her that no I wasn't wrong and how could she NOT be sure that he had meetings if they work for the same company? Why was it ONLY probable that he had meetings? Anyway, I was generous and gave her about 45 minutes of my very valuable time. After 45 minutes I told her she had 5 minutes left of my time and after that, I had to get back to my desk to do my own work. She looked at me over her glasses and gave me a look that could shoot daggers at the devil himself. She said she didn't like having to drive all the way over here if I was just going to give her 45 minutes and not let her do her job. I told her that I had carved out some time on Thursday for Troy or whomever was going to show up to give me a business analysis at no charge and make a decision on whether to hire them as a business analysis advisor or not. She told me up front that there was no charge BUT if I decided to go with them, then I would be charged $750 to get started and she would help me in any problem areas I had within the business. I said to her that there must be a miscommunication in her office and that therein lay the problem and how was I going to trust her with my business if they couldn't even get their calendar right? Well now, she got pissed and then DEMANDED her fee! OMG I just started laughing and said to her: are you kidding me? My secretary sat there and listened to the whole thing and even she heard the woman say there was no fee unless she was hired. She then proceeded to tell me that I had signed paperwork yesterday with her and that was an agreement between my company and hers that they would be paid. I told her she was crazy and that what I signed was an agreement to MEET with someone of her office. I told her I specifically wrote in there that I would not be paying anything for a consultation. I told her to go and look at what I signed and she became even angrier because she signed it, too. I told her that if she tried to collect or ruin my credit with this shit that I would sue her company for DTPA and then told her to leave. She said no, not until I call Lori and she stayed seated. I got up and told her she was going to leave of either two ways 1) leave quietly and not call or ever come back, or 2) be removed by the cops. The choice was hers. She stayed put for about a minute until my secretary called the cops and then the address and description of the woman and when she heard that she got up and left. About 5 minutes later, we got a call from her boss asking me what my problem was and I told him he needed to F off and that if he called me again, I was going to call the cops and file harassment charges and then file a report with the OAG. DO NOT talk to these people or even WASTE YOUR TIME. They do not listen to your instruction or wishes, do not provide you with references, or leave on good terms. BEWARE.

Talked my owner into meeting with them. All sounded good until the next person showed up. Everything was so negative about this business which this owner has built from ground up for 35 years. We have a great reputation in our community. This consultant said she had 20 years in our industry but could not provide any proof or give us any referral's on the companies they have helped. BIG RED FLAG!!! What was also funny is she was reading from a bunch of papers that were stapled together like a book trying to prove to us how they were going to change our business around and double our investment in 3 weeks. Well that's when I stepped in as the Mgr and started asking important questions that she could not answer, then it got REAL!!!, She got very offensive and rude , raising her voice and getting red in the face. I shut her down, had her pack her bags and get off the property. DO NOT FALL FOR THIS COMPANY, VERY HIGH PRESSURE WITH NO PROOF OF COMPANIES THEY HAVE HELPED. DO YOUR HOMEWORK AND DO NOT FALL FOR THIS COMPANY!!!

They rip small business owners off! Stay Away From Them

I was offered a Senior Business Analyst position but actually haven't accepted it. I am a business professional and have experience in helping businesses. I am concerned that I will ruin my reputation by becoming employed by this company. I want to help companies perform at their best and increase profits. I do not nor wish to damage any business. I have helped several companies from start-up to growth, small to large companies.

I met with these guys to help me with my business. The initial analysis was good. The two gentlemen who came to analyze my books were very professional and provided a great step by step process to accomplish my goals. However when it came to payment I was supposed to make 4 payments over the course of a month. They deposited all of my checks within 10 days and ruined my cashflow. Im so pissed right now that I was taken by this scam. Buyer beware.

Global resources rep called my office multiple times until he wore down my boss. Upon arriving the rep began his story and was told part way into it that we were not interested and would not pay him for any service nor would give him any of our information. He became irate, extremely unprofessional and refused to leave after be asked to multiple times. Accused our employees of stealing because we would not let him see the books. He informed the boss that he need to fire his employees. Finally after bout 2 hours he left. We reported the incident to the police.

I read a review about them from a past employee who said they aren't actually talking to a resource team while they're on the phone as the guy was talking to his 'resource team'. I panicked and ended the 'services'. Sounds like bad news from past customers and past employees.

We had a gentleman come in and claim to be Dr. XXX as senior business analyst, talked my wife into making an appointment with me. They use high pressure sales tactic as the old thousand dollar vacuum cleaner door to door sales. Trying to put pressure on us to sign a $22500 business consulting deal with me. When I asked for references, he said that he can only give me the references when the project starts, which he push it to be on next Monday, his schedule, not mine, never asked if I have time next Monday or not. There were many red flags, this is the final one, and won't let me talk to my CPA is another one.

I started to imply him to leave, he called his manager. The guy on the speaker phone just going on and on, won't let me say anything. Finally I was so mad, I asked him to leave, otherwise I will call police.

He left finally. I then checked the company on line, I saw multiple scam reports.

Don't let them take your money fly by night

I am so mad at myself that I did not read the reports earlier! And yes, I was aware that you should read reports before you get in to any kind of business with some one There is too much scam going on lately. Everyone is trying to rip off everyone.
As stated above, I have also received a call at first and then a suggestion we get to meet to discuss the matters.
I am new at creating my own business, and of course, this opportunity sounded good for me. I have been offered to receive a business plan on how I should run my business. They would examine the procedures and everything that is going on at my company, and then develop a plan, which I would have to pay for up front. They even gave me a discount, but now it sound funny, because they never named the actual price which I would have to pay for real, if there even was a higher price. Or maybe they just say this to all the dumb customers they get to rip off anyway.
A representative of Global Resources LLC provided me their banking account and said that I have to send the money within a week, and after that they would start the development.
You can guess yourself what happened after I sent them the money.
I never saw any action from them, and I am left with nothing.
DON'T EVER PAY THESE GUYS ANYTHING BEFOREHAND! TOTAL SCAM!

Stay away from Global Resources LLC!!! It's will be the smartest thing you'll ever do for your business! If you will ever receive a phone call just hang up!

I didn't, and there was no one to warn me about it, and I got in to a deal with them. Now I can't make them pay back all that money I wired them. I have almost lost my business because of Global Resources LLC!

It all began when they called me at my office and offered to talk about the possibility of growth, and that I would not regret it. Right! There were two guys I got to deal with - Terry Buttertworth who called me up and John Adamonis to meet the next day. Both of them had me brainwashed about all the opportunities to help my business grow. As I've already said - I wired them the required sum of money which they asked for their services, aaand – THAT WAS IT.

Of course, it was just a plan to get me pay them, and then vanish. I was such an idiot. I could lose it all.
Now I am fighting over my money, trying to get it back, and take these ripoffs to court!
