Having worked in the company since June 2015 every month faced delayed payment of salary. Every time some new stories in the payment of salary. And the last two months all payments stopped. Director John Prince argued this is a problem in the bank in the United States, the day 'Veterans Day' in the United States, the problem of the bank mediator.
Then John Prince stopped communicating. Currently not paid for two months of work on the project.
I do not advise to deal with it if you do not want to work for free.

DreamFire is a company that gets money of a client and imitate some activity. John Prince Periapurath is a scammer.

That story happened in Ukraine. John Prince met me and proposed to lead the team of developers that will create a gorgeous project as he said. I accepted his offer. We started working on December 2014. He found very cheap office in some industrial district of Kiev city. Then I found our first team member. When John Prince made him an offer he put in contract third part of salary that that guy requested, and promised that he will put rest of the salary on his bonus account. That money the developer could get only in a year of work. He offered such proposals to everybody. We were working hard about 8 months and then John Prince had to change the policy under some pressure of the team. He stopped all contacts with us in 1 month after he signed new contracts. I was trying to call him several times but it was unsuccessful. The team decided to stop working on start of December 2015. Finally when our product stopped working because of some error John Prince turned his phone on and called me. He was trying to create some pressure to me saying that he will create so many troubles for me in Ukraine if I will not fix the issue with server (I have a record of that conversation). I propose to pay salary first... Now it is December 2015. My team is fed up of John Prince's lying and promises. He is not trying to pay any money to anybody. Instead of this he is trying to create new team of developers in Ukraine. Hope you will not be so stupid and gullible and do not give a chance to fool you.

I and my other colleagues faced all those issues (even worse and unbelievable) people mentioned above, couple of years of back. This same guy John Prince delayed/stopped our payments even during regular service period. He also hacked our personal account password to check if we are applying in any other companies or something by installing keylogger on our systems. He used to do scams and make them fool openly while we go to client locations for demo or something. He would expect us to work even Saturdays and Sundays without extra pay (he wont forgot to show us spicy/rich dreams though). When i joined to other companies, he gave negative review about me during background check due to which i faced lot of difficulty. Ultimately your whole future and career is ruined once you join this company. He also tried to trap us in police case and all when we resigned the company. We also used DreamFire Interactive services. It is amazing how they stayed on the market for such a long time. We are totally disappointed about the service we got regarding application outsourcing. They used to build an application for our business and when they finally finished the work two months later, it didn’t work. We spent quite a big bucks on this project and got nothing back. We tried to find a compromise and asked them to either make new application or refund us the money.
Dreamfire Interactive was killing the clock and it became hard to communicate and even get an answer from them.
If you ever see a Company called Dreamfire Interactive please ignore it. They are very cunning and will try to get you into their trap. The service turned out to be very poor issued by a bunch of scammers and because I wasn't careful enough I have become a victim. So the next time you see or hear of such company please don't waste your time.

I am totally agree! If DreamFire Interactive wants to become reliable company they must get rid of such people as John Prince and to change their policy and attitude to their employees. I also suffered from them as many other victims. I started to work for this company, never had any problems, tried to complete my duties in the best way but I never received any respect from managers, just ignorance or sometimes even rude attitude which I didn't deserve. And the most horrible thing was that I received no payment for the time I worked. After I quit I finally managed to contact John Prince and he promised to help me. I received just a small part from the amount of money which company owed me for my work. After that each time when I tried to contact them again I was ignored. They just used me and kept my money without a shame!
If you are looking for a job, stay away from DreamFire - this company just seems to be reliable but it is not, actually it is a trap! Don't allow them to fool and to use you!!!

DreamFire Interactive are the worst company to work for! I have not been able to receive my payment for three months now! This is not just dishonesty, but it is fraud! I have been a good employee and have been working hard for this company.
It all started when I decided that I want to get a new job, something less stressful. I informed about it my boss, John Prince, which took the news quite calmly. But next thing you know it I receive excuses for the next few months saying that there are economical problems in the company (of course, there were not), and that they would have to hold back the payments. The day had come when I was ready to leave and still no payment! Now I have to email them and call them to argue about receiving my money! I have waited long enough, and I believe that there were never any problems, that is just the way DreamFire Interactive are treating their employees!
To think that I put my strength and lot of extra hours working late for this long to be unappreciated in the end. Talking to John Prince would not make it better. I know he is a careless person, and a lot more careless about who works for his business. He can hire a new guy in like a snap.
I have made my point and I hope people will hear me and won't do this mistake by applying for a job at this awful company. Believe me - it is not worth the hassle!

Beware of DreamFire Interactive Solutions, Inc! My company have used these guys' application outsourcing service and we are extremely unhappy with their service. The application they have built never worked. At all. We have invested loads of money (these guys clearly were overcharging us) and they still failed to produce a working version of the requested application.

After speaking to one of their employees we understood that the reason behind all this is the poor financial situation of DreamFire Interactive. The head managers of the company (John Stchur, John Prince, Sachin Nagarajappa) were unable to keep the financial situation stable and the staff simply stopped receiving their salary.
All in all I would advise you guys to stay away from DreamFire Interactive Systems Pvt. Ltd. and find yourself another partner.
