DreamFire is a company that gets money of a client and imitate some activity. John Prince Periapurath is a scammer.

That story happened in Ukraine. John Prince met me and proposed to lead the team of developers that will create a gorgeous project as he said. I accepted his offer. We started working on December 2014. He found very cheap office in some industrial district of Kiev city. Then I found our first team member. When John Prince made him an offer he put in contract third part of salary that that guy requested, and promised that he will put rest of the salary on his bonus account. That money the developer could get only in a year of work. He offered such proposals to everybody. We were working hard about 8 months and then John Prince had to change the policy under some pressure of the team. He stopped all contacts with us in 1 month after he signed new contracts. I was trying to call him several times but it was unsuccessful. The team decided to stop working on start of December 2015. Finally when our product stopped working because of some error John Prince turned his phone on and called me. He was trying to create some pressure to me saying that he will create so many troubles for me in Ukraine if I will not fix the issue with server (I have a record of that conversation). I propose to pay salary first... Now it is December 2015. My team is fed up of John Prince's lying and promises. He is not trying to pay any money to anybody. Instead of this he is trying to create new team of developers in Ukraine. Hope you will not be so stupid and gullible and do not give a chance to fool you.

This is to inform one & all having any kind of relation with DreamFire Interactive Systems Pvt. Ltd in India or DreamFire Interactive Solutions, Inc in the US, to be aware that the company has not payed their employees their salaries for over 6 months now. There has been repeated assurances & promises of clearing all the dues every week & this has been going on for months now. John Prince, the Managing Director of the company is based out of NY in the US & is hardly reachable. The only other person is Sachin Nagarajappa who is the so called AVP Sales & heads India operations is just a puppet who goes non-responsive to repeated emails & phone calls. These are the only 2 people in the management, a bunch of Account Managers & few handpicked freelance developers. There is no HR, no Admin, nothing.The offices in Mumbai, Bangalore & Delhi have been shut one after the other due to non-payment of the rents. The landlords of each of these offices have forced shut the premises yet there is no response from John nor Sachin. There are 4-5 Account Managers who haven't been payed for over 6 months. For delivering they hire free lance developers whom they pay at their will & wish just to get the work done, rest the account managers are kept hanging without even understanding as how are they managing their commitments & running their family. Its a humble request to any individual or organisation to not deal with John or Sachin from Dreamfire Interactive. John Prince, MD of DreamFire Interactive has been literally cheating me on my due salary and settlement scores. I parted ways with DreamFire Interactive on Oct 21, 2012. It has been more than 6 months since my last working day and till date, there has been no progress on my settlement dues.
