Food for thought, relevant article for considerationA very relevant article by Ryan Healy, thought it would resonate here.
7 traits of Scam Artists 1. Likable, Confident Personality Most scam artists are actually very easy to like. This is one way they build trust with their “marks.” Scam artists are often overly confident in their own abilities — and potential customers are drawn to this confidence because they’re looking for answers. 2. Exorbitantly Expensive Coaching Programs Most scam artists charge five-figure fees for coaching programs. The fees can be $20,000 or more. And the coaching programs are usually sold by promising future wealth because it’s the only way to justify such high prices. 3. Lots of Outspoken and Unhappy Clients Scam artists are good at getting paid, but nearly always fail to deliver on their promises. Do some research and you will probably find dozens of unhappy clients who’ve posted complaints online. 4. Selling One Solution While Using Another Most scam artists sell one solution while using another. For example: Using a product launch to sell an Adwords course. The disconnect is obvious once you know to look for it. 5. Failure to Deliver In case after case, the scam artist’s basic operation looks like this. Step 1: He or she takes your money. Step 2: There is no step two. Some scam artists actually do deliver something for their fee, but it’s always far short of the outlandish promises. 6. Highly Polished Marketing Combined with Unpolished or Non-Existent Products Most scam artists spend nearly all of their time marketing and almost none of their time delivering on their promises. Products are not delivered and services are not rendered. Hence, the term “scam artist.” 7. Stage Selling at Big Events Many scam artists pitch their programs via seminars and other live events. They may speak dozens of times a year because of their ability to sell from the stage. This builds their credibility and helps them perpetuate their scams without being detected. Do Your Due Diligence! Anytime you’re considering making a hefty investment with any kind of “guru,” make sure you do your due diligence — especially if it’s a high-priced coaching program. You may even want to use this blog post as a check list to make sure you don’t get ripped off. Please also remember this: Scam artists do not think of themselves as scam artists. They are often delusional and think they are doing the world a favor. This is another reason so many people get taken in. I hope this list of common traits will help you see through the deception. -Ryan M. Healy |

I find it funnyI find it funny that whenever a person writes their honest thoughts and experiences with regards to Mr. Foxx they are immediately classified as haters. I do not have a hateful bone in my body, mate. I do have a sense of right and wrong, treasure and rubbish, truth and lies. I have, along with many of my mates, have experienced Mr. Foxx close up, behind the scenes and in front of the public and can say what we witnessed is pure dishonesty. And Mr. Foxx has made several public claims captured on videos around the world on his own website and on the cell phones of others, that are patently dishonest. It's not hate we're all about, mate. It's the truth. Because the truth matters. Mr. Foxx is not a real estate magnet. He is not a multi millionaire. He does not have a syndicated radio programme. He is not in business with the wealthiest people in the world. He does not own or operate 55+ companies. Mate, he lies and swindles good honest people out of their money. That's verifiable proof.

Dennis Botha = JT FoxxThe reason people post on these sites, and many others, Dennis Botha...aka...JT Foxx...is to warn other into NOT getting duped, hoodwinked, lied to and losing hard earned money.
You are no more Dennis Botha than I am Elvis Presley. You are JT Foxx trolling sites, trying to bury comments to the contrary of what you spew both in person, on the airwaves and online. You boast HUGE claims with ZERO evidence backing them up. You make promises you have no intention of keeping, and ultimately do not keep. You lie, lie, lie, lie and lie some more. You move from country to country leaving a wake of people poorer behind you with zero regard for how you've wounded them. You use people. You pay famous people to appear at you events and then, surprise, surprise, surprise you say they endorse you and you do business with them...when IN FACT, all you do is pay them. We'll keep posting and sounding the warning bell about you JT Foxx. Here and other places. We'll keep looking into legal recourse no matter where you go and we'll keep sourcing media to expose you. |

Why so much negativity1. Why does everyone have to be so negative? Everyone is able to make their own choices in this world so no one needs to hate on the decisions of others.
2. Who has time to waste on the attacking of others? Put your time to good use and put positive things out in the world so that's what comes back to you. 3. JT IS NOT POSTING ON THIS SIGHT! Anyone who actually knows him would know he wouldn't sign a post with Jt (at the very least he would have put JT or JT Foxx) So whoever is trying to make it look like him get a life!! 4. Find is odd no one with a negative comment shares their name, but want the people with positive comments to put all their contact info....sounds suspect to me don't you think. If your going to talk a whole bunch of negative stuff about someone you better be willing to back it up, and not be someone who wants to hide behind it! I was just at his event in Pretoria and it was an awesome event, he takes pictures with everyone who wants one and doesn't treat anyone different regardless if they buy his product or not....and he even shared great tips to grow my business I don't see what's so negative about that. #stophating Dennis Botha |

It work folks! We have proof positive that JT Foxx posts here and he is aware of the anger people are experiencing. He needs to stop all of this terrible stuff. It will catch up with him in a legal sense and a public sense and a media sense. You simply cannot lie to people, to exaggerate and brow beat people AND take their money. It's not right, either morally or legally. Just think of all the good JT could do if he actually did 1/10th of what he purports.

JT Foxx and complaintsWas just alerted that JT FOXX is active on this site and writes reviews. We all knew it we all could tell. A MEGA HUGE MILLIONAIRE posting on a site. Guess this fella has time from his super successful 60+ companies to write here. What a joke.

Proof! So JT responded...therefore PROVING he views this site and posts.
Well, let me tell you, I have attended the seminars twice and sat in on a couple of dinners. I know what I saw. And I believe the other posters here. And believe me, there are several posters here. It's heartening to see that so many others are vocal about the lies they have experienced. We will continue to contact the media in every city he advertises and continue being vocal. Ripping people off is not something we will overlook. |

TycoonI would like to advise you of the truth behind this “JT FOXX extravaganza” you promote.
You need to be careful what you promote without concrete evidence of truth. None of the claims that he promotes are proven anywhere, his websites are not that of a multimillionaire, they are nothing more than wordpress blogs. The power of association and assumption that “it is what it says on the tin” is very dangerous and can/will get people into trouble. JT Foxx Real Name – Justin Gorenko (google it there is nothing but court cases) and strangely enough, you can find nothing about this “so called tycoon’s” rise to the top or the journey to get there. A lot of content has been “lost and buried” through replication so that it isn’t found. Amazingly none of the many companies owned are ever listed, names or proven – think about it. The tactics are exactly that of “the circus is coming to town”, or any sales call “We are not selling you anything, we are offering this for free” yet the motive is to sell more than you are willing to buy in the first place. All based on no concrete evidence that this character is who he says or pretends to be, has what he says companies or properties etc… Have a look at his replies in the below. It is not that of a multi-millionaire business owner tycoon with all the experience in the world – it is more that of a childish wanna be throwing a tantrum. |

The Greatest Ever! The Greatest Con Man Ever!
Well, perhaps that's too big of a title for this fool, because that would mean JT Foxx is great at anything and he's not. Bad real estate deals, documented lies, poor treatment of employees, unreturned phone calls, terrible record detailing broken promises and demands for refunds, video upon video of unsubstantiated claims of companies owned. The list could go on and on, but you get the point. It is time for Dateline or 60 Minutes to get ahold of this con man and do an expose. There are several of us looking into and suggesting this to the producers of these shows. |

The Real DealI saw JT Foxx at the event in South Africa.
I signed up, cause he made me feel uncomfortable (inspired) by his honesty. There is two ways to reaction to JT Foxx: 1. Be of the people that accept his truth and learn about yourself, act and excel 2. Deny your truth, and continue in your bubble, or jealousy, habitual self centered pattern I notice the negative comments come from the people in the second category, and they probably the same people who are have no loyalty to any friends (unless there is an incentive), contribute nothing of value to the world and its society, and wake up each morning without a purpose. I not here to prove them wrong, I am here to prove myself right. Thank you JT Foxx, great respect for your energy and time you place to move South Africa forward. Regards Asad Patel (Ex-Skeptic) |

If it sounds too good to be trueIf it sounds too good to be true it usually is. Such is the case with this questionable motivational speaker JT Foxx. Although I will say he is an expert at internet marketing, look at what he's done for himself. If there is anything to be taken away from this speaker is his internet skills.

S. van TonderSo Mr. S? Ms. S? Mrs. S? Dr. S?
You're such a big fan of Foxx, then give us all some details as to where you can be contacted for a direct conversation, Email address? Phone number? Name of your business? Website address? Because your endorsement here sounds suspiciously like all the other endorsements written by Foxx. And suspiciously posted when a negative post appears. |

The only thing JT Foxx changed for people was their bank account...to the negative.
JT Foxx is not a life changer. It doesn't matter how many supposed thousands of endorsements he spams sites with, or photos of famous people he pays to be at his events. None of that changes the FACT that if you in any way engage with JT Foxx you will be left poorer and he will be long gone with your money. Do S Von Tonder, leave your phone number, email and address so everyone who is questioning whether they should leave their money to JT Foxx can contact you for a real conversation. Just a thought, cuz you're real and all. |

JT changing lives everywhereI attended business seminar in South Africa recently which JT wasn't part of. What caught my attention is that JT's name kept popping up when the speakers talked about the turning point in their lives that got them on the path to success. These individuals were completely broke and jobless a year or two ago and are now very successful entrepreneurs also giving back so much to their communities.
Now if you hear JT's name popping up at a business seminar he isn't even part of, you know that he is impacting the world in a big and positive way! As they say, your reputation is what people say about you when you aren't around. JT have changed so many lives in South Africa and the world in a short period of time. Do yourself a favor and look at all the facebook profile pictures on facebook with JT in it. Hundreds if not thousands. These are all individuals whose lives were changed by JT. Do yourself a favor. Keep your eye on them, speak to them. They are the proof and results of his coaching. JT is powered by his students' success and upon reasearch I've found that his students are highly highly successful and authentic individuals just like JT. Unlike these fake negative reviews I am real. S. van Tonder |

Regardless, you shouldn't believe a word he says, either on radio, TV, in person, online, written or spoken. |

Foxx spams this siteFoxx is behind all the posts espousing his so called success.
If you believe him you will quickly see your money disappear, your phone calls go unanswered, your emails will get you zero attention, promised refunds will never happen, hours of your time NOT his will evaporate. Basically you will lose, he will win. Foxx is not interested in your success or coaching you. Not one little bit. There is a long line of very unhappy people who have had the misfortune of believing Foxx. NOT ONE OF THE POSITIVE POSTS HERE ARE REAL. THE POSITIVE POSTS ARE FROM JT FOXX HIMSELF. |

I caught JT with his pants down !!I am not a competitor. I am no where near this infomercial business. I run a non-profit and don't believe in swindling people out of their hard earned money. So I will take some time to post an honest review of JT Foxx...
First of all... If you have been to any of his seminars, you need to stop getting smitten just because he has pictures with celebrities. He pays them handsomely to have his picture taken. You will never hear any of the celebrities positively endorsing JT and standing behind him. If you want to be the next JT foxx, you can be so. Simply by reading the book called 4 Hour Work Week by Tim Ferris. Once you read it, you will realize that JT is an internet marketer who uses pretty much a bunch of marketing strategies in the the above book. Except JT is taking the unethical approach one step further by visiting your town in seminars and asking for thousands of dollars. Secondly... When something is too good to be true, it usually is so. Just ask yourself these simple questions: - Have you ever met a leader who is as arrogant as JT? Great leaders are humble. JT is an insecure snake oil salesman - Have you ever met someone really rich who does not reveal how he or she has made their wealth? Most successful people are happy to share their knowledge and expertise. - There is a reason major news channels do not cover JT. Third ... I still remember JT got interviewed on CNBC and he took screenshots of him on TV to show people that 'Look, I was on TV ... omg look at me'. Pathetic and reeks of desperation. Have you ever heard of millionaires and founders or owners of big businesses who take screenshots of themselves on TV? Only amateurs do that. And JT is one. So please save yourself your money and time. Read some good business books and take action. And soon, you will be more successful than JT Foxx. |

CHILL OUT PEOPLE!!!Lol I wanted to say Just chill out people, but I know who is behind these false negative reports and why they are posting such nonsense...because this person knows he can't beat him so that's the only way he can try. I know who you are. This one particular person sitting behind this stupid reviews is the slyest person I have met. Once I believed in him but then I saw first hand how this person conned people & back-stabbed JT by stealing his contacts & clients behind his back. This after JT helped him get successful & let him speak on his stages around the world. AND I personally know tons of people who this guy scammed, intimidated to disclose their business ideas to steal it and ran away with their money. This person has a stack of lawsuits higher than the tower of pizza against him and now he is getting desperate to direct attention away from himself.
Use your common sense: - Go and google any company or product. You will see negative reviews. If you google 'cadbury' you wouldn't want to eat it again if you see & believe all the negative reviews. - So what if JT has a stage name? While you're at it, why don't you go accuse Lady Gaga, Tom Cruise, Angelina Jolie (the list is endless!) of being fakes & frauds for not using their birth names? A boy who was in my class in primary school legally changed his name when he was 13! Is he also a scammer? Lol grow up! - Do you really think people like Nido Qubein and George Ross (Donald Trump's former right-hand man) would coach JT (for years now!) if he was scamming people and a fake? NO! It would ruine their reputation they built over decades. You don't choose your coach, they choose you! - If he wasn't a multi-millionaire, how would he afford these two coaches, let alone his other 8? Do you have any idea how much you pay for coaching from them?? - Have you ever met a successful entrepreneur who has never made a mistake in business or business partners or who had a business that didn't work out? Go ask any business tycoon you know. Even Richard Brandson admits he made horrible mistakes but that's the only way to grow & learn. Donald went bankrupt how many times?? Wake up! - JT's organization and coaches are seriously some of the most caring, humble, warm, supportive and real people I have ever met. There is no way you can convince me that people with such beautiful, kind souls will work with or for a fake or a fraud. They stand up for what is right and walk the straight and narrow. I'm a very sceptical, realistic person. I've been to MANY business seminars and stopped attending 90% of them because those speakers are selling and pitching for hours & hours. Just trying to get you to swipe your card. 0 value. I can spot a fake from a mile away! I saw JT for 10 min on someone else's stage and I knew I need to learn more from THIS GUY. I've been to at least 30 of his FREE events and I keep going...why? Because he is the only speaker that gives you so much useful, cutting-edge content that you leave a one day event with almost an entire exam pad full of notes and a hand that feels it wants to fall off. Just attending a single free event of his gave me so much motivation & useful content that I started 2 successful business & I already have a few others I'm working on. I'm so grateful that my path crossed with JT's. My life is sooo much better because of it. But why listen to me, attend one of his events and see for yourself. I just had to say something after I read all these false reviews. I know it won't change the false reviews because the persons behind it won't stop trying to bring him down because they can't beat him. But...for the person who hasn't met JT yet and are curious...at least there is one honest review here. Blessings Optomistic Sceptic |

I agree JT is the real DealFunny.. Haters claim JT doesn't own any businesses, yet he just bought mine and i meet many of his other partners.
They say it's not his real name, yet I saw his passport. Tony Robbins changed his name, yet no one says anything... People the results don't lie, anyone who attacks anyone else and has not done anything themselves is a loser. I have known JT and been to his house, his coaches vouch for him, all his business partners vouch of him. I also agree that all these people who put their reviews which are obviously aimed at hurting JT, are from competitors or people who can't deal with his success. Everyone loves to shoot at you when you are are the top. Thank you JT for everything you do. |

ALL THESE PEOPLE ARE HATERSDon't believe the BS, JT is the real deal. All these reviews below are FAKE!!! No one person is in his program, it's all people who didn't buy and if they did, they would leave their real name.
I saw the success stories and high quality people at his family reunion. Stop hating and focus your business. People are so stupid. Grow up My Business is 112% because of JT. My name is Frank Myers and I am real success story. |

Foxx and friendsI was prepared before I went to the Foxx and friends event to be inspired and to learn. 2 very successful dental practices under my belt and a little deli I am looking to franchise but no real estate. I think I need real estate to take my portfolio to the next level and basically get my piece of the wealth pie. worked every day of my life since I was 16 yrs old so I know a good hard work ethic combined with good coaching and accountability are key. so I go to see Foxx. I did look around online but just saw lots of top sites saying he was the real deal. but doesn't appear so when you peek behind the curtain and sit in the hot seat at his event. talk about high pressure. almost got my credit card for $30k in coaching. but I hesitated and the fella behind the credit card machine rolled his eyes. my sense told me to forget it all and look around. think I made the rght choice.

Do your homeworkJT Foxx takes the stage after a LOUD introduction and proceeds to berate the crowd, brag about himself, name drop and name drop and name drop. He takes the mic and says he owns over 60 successful businesses but doesn't name one, says he is personal friends with the world's top business leaders but seems like all have been paid by him to appear NOT endorse him. Wears a very fancy suit and expensive watch and it sounds like his courses cost an arm and a leg. All very shady.
