Stay away from United Surplus Buyers - this company is just another scam, they will steal money from you without a shame and you will be unable to get them back!
I wanted to sell a metal and to clean up my car service. I found this company which offered very good prices and after I contacted them I received very pleasant and nice service which made me think that company is reliable and I didn't even think about a probable scam etc. So I took the metal there waiting for a good money for it as it was promised. I was very surprised when I received less than a half from the amount which was promised. I started to ask questions and only after that I found many hidden rocks in their terms and conditions and I was unable to change anything - even to get my metal back. This is how I was cheated by this amazing company which actually is just a well build bunch of thieves. Beware and don't be fooled!

Our company was suppose to move to another office and we were selling precious metals. We found this company named Surplus Buyers who offered a good price for all the metals.
We set up a day to meet and sign up the agreement that we were selling them the metals, etc.
They were suppose to wire us the money that same week, so we didn't let them take anything from us until then.
We've waited and waited, but the money did not come. We removed our advertisement about selling the metals since we thought we found a buyer. However, it was almost the day we were about to move to another office, and we still did not receive the money and the metals were still with us!
To cut a long story short – we had to rent the old office for a few more weeks, because we didn't get the deal finished, and the buyer never answered us. But we were actually relieved, because we found out that they usually scam companies, by signing out a check which is not real, and try to trick people in any way.

So beware of this company! United Surplus Buyers are not legitimate! Hiding behind their website www.unitedsurplusbuyers.com and fooling everyone who turns to their offer.

We also found out where they are located, it is 1108 Pennsylvania St., Houston, Texas 77035 .
