just another scam, order was never received. No confirmation and no customer support as well!Consumer, avoid any business with PlaybackClothing.com and don't buy from them! This is just another scam which must be avoided at all costs!!!
I placed an order on their website and after I made a payment I didn't receive any confirmation. I mailed them straight away but I also didn't receive any response. I decided to wait but in one months I didn't receive my purchase when they offered me 21 days delivery. I tried to contact them again and again, I've send them plenty of mails and tried to contact them by phone but mails were left without a response and about the phone number - it seems to be non-existent. At the moment I guess I just wasted my money with PlaybackClothing.com so you'd better be careful and don't buy from them, otherwise you may be scammed as well. |

Never received my order! Join a law suit!I was waiting for the T-shirts to arrive in at least not more than two weeks. But I've waited and waited for three weeks, then one month. No notification from PlaybackClothing.com or anything. Calling them did not bring me any luck.
I had to check my banking account. That's when I saw that after the payment that I made that day making the order, the company took ANOTHER PAYMENT. I don't think it was a mistake, since they would have contacted me most probably, or at least send me my order! I tried emailing, calling for many times – no result. I contacted my bank and told them about my situation. They were kind enough to make a refund, and told me to be more careful with online shopping. But I made my own research and it turns out that this company is always cheating its customers, never answer any questions. They rip off almost everyone! How can their company still operate??? Such businesses should be shut down! PlaybackClothing.com phone number is: (212) 796-7980 I want to unite against them, so if you're one of the victims who suffered from these people – contact me, or leave a comment with your email – and I will contact you, and we will start a law suit against them! Who's with me – you know what to do! Don't let these scams continue to rob everyone! |
