These criminals are not new to lies and deception and they have thousands of complaints on the internet. This is what Americans get for buying from companies run by Middle Eastern Foreigners who have no clue of how to run a business in America. If you ask me they should all be hanged for their crimes against Americans. The charge sales tax and keep it, but don't worry, the feds are on to these knucleheads and they have nice new homes just waiting for their sorry asses. Do your research next time and don't believe cheap products are Made in the USA. It cost money to manufacture here and it is the reason so much is made overseas. Report the to the FTC if you are a consumer who was defrauded in one of the hundreds of ways they lie to get your money! Next time be sure to support truly American owned companies.

I am the owner of a small business and we were opening the new office and like a tradition it should be a party with all kinds of balloons, flowers and other decorations. Me and my staff was too busy with documentation and search of new employees and I hired Netbrands Media Corp to decorate the office. WE should have come to the party at 8 and they have to finish work at 6. However, when I came at 7 there was nobody and of course the work was not done. I called their customer service in order to find out the details, but they knew nothing about my order.
I had an hour to decorate the office myself and it looked poor and I was very sad about it. Now I just want to get a refund for the services that were not provided to me. They have to return all the money I paid and compensate me for the bad evening.
Please do not even consider using Netbrands for your floral/gift needs. I was absolutely heartbroken that I did not receive products and services on time. I did not receive them at all in fact. I was offered a partial refund after half a dozen emails and phone calls, plus they double charged me. They do not deserve to be in business and legal action should be taken against them!

This is a sad story how Netbrands Media Corp ruined my birthday event.
I made a purchase from this company - I placed an order for 100 balloons and an installation for my event. I made an order two month before event, date and time were confirmed by their representative so everything seemed to be reliable. The problem started when I received a notice from then ONE DAY BEFORE THE EVENT when balloons had to be installed. They contacted me and said that because of several problems the delivery and installation will be late for one day WHICH IS ABSOLUTELY IMPOSSIBLE!!! I said that I want to cancel my order and to get my money back but I received a reply that it is impossible and they can refund me only 25%. WHAT FOR??? WHY?? These reasons were never explained and after I started to argue they simply ignored me.
Be careful and don't deal with them!

We've ordered 50 balloons from Netbrands as we were about to open our new office, and we decided to make it colorful and impressive for those who will come.
We were opening the office on the 1st of June, and ordered the balloons to be delivered to us right in the early morning. We sent the payment up front as they asked and also paid for delivery. We were very excited and hoped that everything would turn out great that day.
Unfortunately, when it was already 9 am, we did not receive our balloons, nor a call from the company. We tried calling ourselves, but no one picked up the phone. It was almost time to open the doors to our office and there were no balloons! Sadly, we had to do it without them. Later that day we kept calling the company, but there was still no one by the phone.
They are scammers! DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM NETBRANDS! CHEAP LIARS!

If you'll ever find this company – stay away! And be sure that there is no way that the positive comments about them on the internet are true! We think that they are writing those themselves for advertising!
