Resort Ownership Resolutions is not what it claims to be, consumer, be careful! Don't allow them to fool you!
This company supposed to help their customers to arrange their timeshare. This company works all over the world and helps with debt reduction, timeshare elimination. Also this company offers free consultation for their customers. Well after I read about this company and their offers I found it reliable. Moreover, there were positive reviews about them but after I used their services I was highly disappointed. This company actually misrepresent their services and has many hidden rocks in their contracts which helps them to scam their customers out of money. After I made a deal with them I never received any free consultations from them, each time they forced me to pay as for specialists help. Another really sad this was that all their services were misrepresented and they actually didn't help me with my timeshare in a more or less honest way. They did everything to get their goal and their own benefit but I was left with nothing and didn't receive what I paid for.
After such negative experience I will never recommend this company to anyone! Be careful this is a major scam and it is really better to avoid this company!!
