If you don't have access to about $30k then you will be in the back seatWent to the 3 day seminar. Were told you didn't have to have money to do this. Half the Dean Graziosi was trying to get you to spend $20,000 to go to the next seminar. Since we didn't have money we could get all the information promised. A lot of people paid and if it works good for them. But the whole reason we did this because it was supposed to show you how to buy houses without getting a loan. Dean Graziosi call you after you get home and offer a mentor. You think wow this can work out that is what I need. Then Dean Graziosi ask you about how much money you can get and if you say nothing yet. He says, Call me back when you come into some and we can help you. We don't do this for free. But we will help you when you have a money. I did learn some stuff but never got all the answers they promised. If you don't have access to about $30k then you will be in the back seat. They talk about helping people but actually they are sticking it to you. 3 months later all I get is his salesman asking for more money for advice.
