Tmp Nevada and Crush LLC offers poor service and has the highest prices of any rental property company. Last year we rented a ski lease for the 2nd year in a row from Tmp Nevada and Crush LLC. The light was broken in one of the bathrooms all season. Even with repeated calls, it never got fixed and we were forced to shower and use the bathroom in the dark.

This year was shocked to learn that our $2500 a month rental had been bumped to $3900. Looking at their website, it seems all of their properties are overpriced compared to other company's rentals.

Still against better judgment thought I would at least take a look at a few of their properties for the 2012 season. After 3 phone calls over a week, I have still not gotten a response.

House owners beware before you use Tmp Nevada and Crush LLC as your property management company. They have a nice website but they don't seem highly compelled to rent and service your property. There are far better responsive companies in Tahoe.
