Out Estate Investments

I am an investor with Out Estate Investments. I have been for several years. I've bought properties in Memphis, Atlanta and St. Louis. The company was professional and handled everything to satisfaction. I make money with my rentals and I am flipping a property with them using there new flipping program.

I never knew the company to do any commercial buildings. So the above review sounds completely wrong and off. It was probably a disgruntled tenant.

If you are an investor and looking to invest with Out Estate I would say do it.

Out Estate Investments is a horrible landlord. I rent an apartment from these people and the experience has been awful. Out Estate Investments have no idea how to run a business, let alone be property managers. My biggest complaint is that they have been doing extensive construction and renovations around the building for the last two months without ever notifying the tenants. The workers show up on random days, without any warning, and have at times worked until late at night. And the guys they have doing the work don't appear to have any credentials or licenser, and they are building support structures for the decking on the back of the building.

When I complain to the manager she says it's the owner's fault, and the owner point his finger back at the manager. I agree that the manager is incompetent, but what kind of owner throws his manager under the bus by describing her as "stupid" and blaming her for his inability to abide by housing regulations?

In the last two months I have asked repeatedly for more information about the construction projects and have been completely stonewalled. All they do is blame each other and say "sorry, there's nothing I can do." Out Estate Investments is staffed by some of the dumbest people to ever walk the earth. If I were a property owner, I would be outraged to know that my six figure investment was being handled by such legendary incompetence.
