Horrible horrible horrible people. They have sold me a laser that has been having problems from the second month I bought it. I wish I read these reviews before my purchase .. These people don't give a damn after they take your money. I'm taking this matter to the court and disputing my cc charge with them.. I hope no one will make the stupid mistake I made

Do not believe the posts on MedPro about how great they are! They write those reviews themselves for people to think they are a great company and trustworthy!
We have purchased a cosmetic laser for our small beauty salon, and it did not work!
We've been trying to get Dr. Mike Moreno to give us a replacement or a refund – the answer was “No”. This is just a scam business under cover! Check out real scam report websites before you'll decide to deal with them!

Their contact phone usually just rings, but no one picks up.

For the reputation of such a company they sure make a client unhappy with their behavior. If they do this to every customer then I'm surprised they are still in business, or at least don't have any suit cases.
People should gather and really do something about them. Because it is a great loss for our business with this laser, since we lost money and the machine does not work.

We are very upset with this issue and are planning to file a law suit against MedPro if we won't receive a reasonable resolution soon. Anyone who wants to join us – please do.
Such scam artists shouldn't be left alone continuing their evil practices.
