Lexicon Senior Healthcare Complaints and Reviews

did not provide the rest of the training

NEVER MET SUCH FRAUDULENT PEOPLE!
I have applied for a job with Lexicon Senior Healthcare to become one of their consultants. They have promised me great opportunities, an interested job and that my salary would never be cut. Sounded like a great deal and I decided to try it out. Besides, I wasn't lucky with getting a job for some time at that moment, so I was kind of desperate and it looked like a one time chance.
Ok, so I came there the first day when the training was about to begin. They asked me for a payment saying that I would receive my money back after some time. That was to be sure that they weren't spending their time on me for nothing, so I had to hold on until the end, until I would start to work for real.
But when I came there for the second time, I've been told to go home, that they had some emergency and they would call me when I would have to come again. One week passed by, then another. Now it's been a month (!) and no call back! I can't believe that it is actually a scam, since their website has such convincing information and people seemed really trustworthy. Guess now days you can't trust anyone when you're giving them money.
Stay away from these horrible and lying people. Everything about them is a scam!

Shameless company which based on a lie.

Lexicon Senior Healthcare do not work for this company - it is bunch of shameless crooks!
I used to work for them and after that experience I will never recommend this company to anyone. this company steal money from seniors in a very rude way. After I started to work for them I've been sent out to extremely rural, economically depressed areas, where people can afford only very cheap insurance. First of all this company lied to people when they booked their appointments. They never mentioned the original aim of their consultants visit and, never mentioned the presentation which had to make and also we (consultants) were unable to confirm their appointment before the presentation. Another thing is that we were forced to use pushy sales tactics to sell Lexicon Senior Healthcare insurance, there were several so-called scare tactics which we had to use working with customers, al of them were based on a lie. It doesn't matter if you sold their insurance or not, you as a consultant charged $20 for each presentation. If there were no sales, you had to pay from your pocket.
Another very sad thing is that the insurance which sells this company actually worth nothing and doesn't cover services as it claims. So working for them you hep to steal money from poor and innocent people. After I tried all this I quit this company because I didn't want to take a part in their dirty business. I will never recommend it to anyone. Don't work for them and better don't buy their insurance!
