Oh dear, memories of my mehotr flooding back . . . she just loved creating costumes and floats for the Rhinelander parades. One year I was Daisy Mae, another year my baby sister and I were Tom and Jerry (the cartoon cat and mouse). These are wonderful pictures. It seems some things never change!

Approximately one year ago I purchased 15 PLASTIC gas-fuel cans from Simplasics. Today on I needed to use my gas-fuel can containers only to find that the expandable pour spouts on every single fuel can was deteriorated causing gasoline to leak from the holes. Now I will have to repair the cans.
I looked up online to find out that these gas-fuel cans are really manufactured by a company called Simplasics.
I called them to explain the problems and to ask them to make good for sticking me with 15 defective fuel cans and contaminated fuel. When I called to explain the problems they admitted that the spouts on these gas-fuel cans were indeed defective! However, they also told me that since my fuel storage cans were discontinued about three years ago, they would not make good for their negligence in any way even though I purchased them after they were discontinued. I again asked them to make good for their negligence of producing and selling these defective gas-fuel tanks. I gave them the choice to replace the fuel spouts, replace the entire gas-fuel tanks or to reimburse me $150.00 for the cost of the 15 tanks. I haven’t heard from them since.

Buyer, beware and don't buy from this company!
Simplastics works with high quality plastic containers for everyday use at home and office. They advertise their product as high quality and necessary at work and home, they sell high quality ESD conductive bins, antistatic containers, steel shelving, pick racks, shelf bin systems and carts, Nylon cart covers.
Simplastics also offers plastic storage containers from manufacturers such as Akro-Mils, Quantum Storage Systems,Lewis Bins, Orbis and Buckhorn's Collapsible Bulk Boxes, Wire shelving systems from Quantum, stainless steel carts, hospital carts, medical carts and food service carts from Lakeside.
The main problem is that their product is not that good as they advertise and this company has huge problems with customer support service. I purchased shelf bin systems and carts for my office and when I received purchased goods I found that their quality is not that good as they advertised and some of them were damaged. I contacted their support service and claimed for an exchange or a refund but I never received any response from them eve after I send them purchased items back.
I was simply ignored by Simplastics and I don't consider this as good customer service. Beware and better don't buy from them!!! Don't waste your time and money!
