Jasper Air

I had Jasper Air to come out to my home to clean my air conditioning unit. After they checked the unit they started to put on masks and claimed that I had black mold in my unit. They were quite convincing! They immediately put on masks and the manager began to tell me that he had mold poisoning.
He then told me I needed infra-red lights in my unit that would kill the mold. Sounded good to me, there are definitely those types of units as I began to research while they were at my home. I found the product on website and there were no prices on the units. They then told me it was going to be $4200. I felt my life was in immediate danger with black mold and fell prey to the scam and signed paperwork for a loan for the product.
They immediately installed the unit and that was the end of them. A few days later I was telling my friend about the purchase. He quickly called his friend who does air-conditioning and asked him to come over. After inspecting my unit he said it was not mold and looked at the two infrared units that were installed and said he would have charged $800 for both units.

Jasper Air is not recommended to anyone! This company is dishonest and doesn't provide high quality service as they advertise it.
Jasper Air claims to provide a full service heating and air conditioning , and offers repairs of all brands of heating and cooling equipment, they also offer qualified experts help. After I found an information about this company I found it reliable but after I made a deal with them I understood that it was a huge mistake.
This company didn't complete their promises at all and with that I received the most horrible customer support service. I hired them for full replacement of comfort system in my office. The first problem started when their experts were late and nobody gave me a notice. Well, after everything was planned and they started their work, they damaged almost half of my office space and left a huge mess which I had to clean myself. For this service they also tried to overcharge me extra money - what a shame!
In two months the air condition stopped working and I contacted this company again. Their maintenance man who arrived to check the system forced me to pay for the visit when he did nothing and had to come again to fix the real problem. I contacted their manager about that accident but he just laughed on my complaint and I never received my money back. After this horrible experience I will never recommend this company to anyone! Beware and don't allow them to fool you, this company is not reliable at all!!
