Hello Web Admin, I noticed that your On-Page SEO is is missing a few factors, for one you do not use all three H tags in your post, also I notice that you are not using bold or italics properly in your SEO optimization. On-Page SEO means more now than ever since the new Google update: Panda. No longer are backlinks and simply pinging or sending out a RSS feed the key to getting Google PageRank or Alexa Rankings, You now NEED On-Page SEO. So what is good On-Page SEO?First your keyword must appear in the title. Then it must appear in the URL.You have to optimize your keyword and make sure that it has a nice keyword density of 3-5% in your article with relevant LSI (Latent Semantic Indexing). Then you should spread all H1,H2,H3 tags in your article.Your Keyword should appear in your first paragraph and in the last sentence of the page. You should have relevant usage of Bold and italics of your keyword. There should be one internal link to a page on your blog and you should have one image with an alt tag that has your keyword....wait there's even more Now what if i told you there was a simple Wordpress plugin that does all the On-Page SEO, and automatically for you? That's right AUTOMATICALLY, just watch this 4minute video for more information at. Seo Plugin

In the United States, there is no federal first time home byrues program. There may be something on a local level in your area. In 2007-2008 = there was a $ 7500 interest free LOAN. In 2008-2010 = there was an $ 8000 credit (this was extended for military personnel)

Yes you can take out home equity loan. You will sign ccnoratts which will state that your home will be in effect collateral for this loan. Shop around as the interest rates and terms will vary. You should seek out a highly recommended mortgage broker who will take the time explain the options available to you.

The very heart of your writing while ainaerppg agreeable initially, did not really settle properly with me personally after some time. Somewhere throughout the paragraphs you actually were able to make me a believer but only for a while. I still have a problem with your jumps in logic and one might do nicely to fill in those breaks. In the event you actually can accomplish that, I could surely end up being impressed.

generational Equity

These guys call me relentlessly to attend there workshop. I finally relented and went and I'm glad I did. There seminar was very informative. They explain whats going on in the market and the mistakes people make when they sell. They also discuss the professional process they use to sell a company. Of course there is a bit of a sales pitch for their company but only for about 10 minutes. The rest of the time was very educational. If you're thinking of selling your business I recommend you attend.

This website

This is an executive from rippoffreport.com. The founder of scamgroup.com was terminated by our company for fraud. He obtained our client list and is falsely accusing them in order to extort money from them. This is being handled in the courts but everyone needs to know why this site was created and the harm they are doing to all of our customers. We audited Generational Equity and found they are a very good company that ranks #1 in selling companies in their sector.

Generational Equity seminar

I attended one of their seminars today and thought it was very good. Unfortunately, they said my company was too small for them to help me. They gave me some good advise.

Generational Equity

GE is a good company that helps business owners in the area of exit planning and mergers and acquisisitions. They have sold several hundreds of companies, they are ranked #1 on the league tables and also won M&A Advisor of the year last year.

If you are looking to sell your company I would recommend them. There fees are very reasonable compared to what others charge.

Research I found useful

Hi there. I too am a business owner and I am doing my research not only on Generational Equity but also just about how to sell my business in general. Never done it before so I am trying to learn as much as I can about how to do it.

I gotta tell you that what I have found out so far is the Generational Equity has a pretty good reputation in the industry. I went to their website and found dozens and dozens of plaques showing companies they have sold.

But what I have found most helpful is the info on their blog. Cause again, I am just tryin to learn as much as I can. Here is an article that I found really helpful to me because I never had any idea what offering memorandum is, I am glad I read it, here are some sections that really caught my eye:

Although every offering memorandum is obviously customized, there are some topics that are typically covered in most OMs. If you have hired a professional M&A firm, they will do the heavy lifting here for you. After doing a thorough evaluation of your company (for your eyes only) when you decide to go to market, they will then create a marketing document (the OM), which is sent to prospective buyers AFTER they have signed a confidentiality agreement.

Since many of you will be operating without professional assistance when you go to market, we thought we would pass along a few helpful tips to guide you as you create your own OM.

First, and, most importantly, NEVER indicate what price you are expecting for your business in any of your written documentation. You may have a number in mind (and hopefully it is realistic), but ALWAYS force your perspective buyers to tell you what your company is worth to them. You may find a situation with a synergistic buyer, a buyer who is extremely interested in some facet of your business, who will pay a premium for it. If you tell them what you are after upfront, there goes your premium!

I had no idea that I shouldn’t mention price in the documentation that I send buyers!! But what they say makes really good sense. Also this was good to:

Secondly, you will need to provide at least three historic and five projected years of financial statements. This is where you will most likely need help unless you are a CPA or an accountant. Professional buyers expect to see standardized balance sheets and income statements in your OM. When you present your financials, you better be prepared to back them up during due diligence. So make sure that they are accurate!

Nothing can kill a deal faster than a buyer learning that the projected earnings of a target are actually much lower, or that the historic numbers he or she was looking at are no longer valid because of errors. If you don’t have a trusted accountant or CPA that can do this for you, you will most likely need to hire one. NOTE: You will also need to use “recast” financials.

Additionally, you will need to create a detailed history of your company, especially focusing on what has been happening the last five years. Be honest here; again, buyers want to know the truth. Don’t ignore or gloss over key issues, such as the impact of the recession or the impact of any other external event. You can always turn these into positives by focusing on the steps you took as a management team to recover and grow.

I am pretty unsophisticated I gotta admit so this info was really good for me to read and learn from. If you are interested you can read the whole thing here:

Another thing I have always wondered about is why would a buyer want to buy my company? So I found this on their site to and it helped me understand that my company might have some stuff guys would find appealing that I am not aware of:

Management guru and author Peter Drucker is credited with a plethora of wise business axioms. Some of his most famous include:

• The best way to predict the future is to create it.
• The aim of marketing is to know and understand the customer so well the product or service fits him and sells itself.
• The entrepreneur always searches for change, responds to it, and exploits it as an opportunity.

We could spend hours contemplating the wisdom of each of these. But for me, the quote that summarizes the dilemma between sellers and buyers is this one:

The buyer rarely buys what the seller thinks he is selling.

Although this quote applies to many sales and marketing endeavors, nowhere is it more applicable than when a business owner decides to find a buyer for his/her business. What we have learned throughout the years is that most business owners undersell the opportunities that their companies represent, often leading them to buyers who are unwilling to pay a premium for their businesses.

Now I have never been a business buyer so this really caught my eye. And this too:

What are some examples of intangible assets? Here is a partial list:

• Blue chip customer base
• Recurring revenue streams
• Tenured, experienced employees
• Solid management team (non-owner dependent)
• Long-term contracts with clients/suppliers
• Patents
• Copyrights/trademarks
• Defensible market position
• Great location
• Well known brand (on the positive side of course)
• Backlog of orders
• Clean financials (reviewed or audited)
• Documented systems and procedures

So now I know that I have to look for these things in my business if I want to attract great buyers. Here is the whole article:

http://blog.genequityco.com/bid/68595/How-To-Attract-Buyers-Identify-Your-Intangible-Assets

You can see how helpful info like this is to a guy like me who has no experience in this.

So for me, it is pretty clear that these guys at Generational Equity know what they are talking about. If I have to find a buyer by myself, I will be better at it now because I found their blog. Thanks for the info!!

Did What They Promised

I hired Generational Equity and they did everything they promised to do. Although I am a small company they took my company to market, and after months and months of work I ultimately received 5 strong offers. I signed a letter of intent with a Private Equity Group and Generational Equity made it happen.! The deal maker who handled my transaction was incredible. My only complaint would be that it took longer to get a deal done than I thought it would. Maybe I'm just impatient.

Some owners may not have the same experience I had. Regardless what firm represents you, if your business does not sell......is that really the fault of the company representing you? I think maybe those owners should look in the mirror. If you have any doubts about Generational Equity, buy a $400 plane ticketed fly to Dallas and go to their office. Meet the people and see if they are for real!! You will be impressed! Certainly don't trust some random negative blog post on the Internet.

Also Checking Generational Equity Out

Hi there. I am also looking at Generational Equity. I am confused a bit by this posting from January 11th because most of the information in it is very old and is based on data that has been refuted in the past. What I have learned is that they are reputable and they do sell companies. Here is something that I came across that is more recent about them on the Market Watch website:

Generational Equity Awarded M&A Consulting Firm of the Year

DALLAS, Dec. 20, 2013 /PRNewswire via COMTEX/ -- Generational Equity, a leading mergers and acquisitions advisor for privately-held, middle-market businesses announced today that it was recognized as M&A Consulting Firm of the Year by the M&A Advisor at the 12th Annual M&A Awards Gala at the New York Athletic Club on Tuesday, December 17th.

Most notably, this was the second time in three years that Generational Equity has won this prestigious award.

The 12th Annual Awards Gala honored the leading deal teams, firms and professionals whose activities set the standard for M&A transactions. This year, over 400 nominees, representing over 850 companies, became finalists for the awards. An independent judging committee of 23 top M&A industry experts determined the ultimate recipients of the awards which were revealed Academy-Award style at the gala.

A Business Owner in California

Attended a seminar

I recently attended a seminar in Dallas. It was very informative. We learned a lot. They told me my business was to small for them to help me but I got some good advise. It was worth the time spent. I do know that they have a big office located in Dallas.

Sales Tactic Questionable

Recently went to a seminar in Baltimore hosted by Generational Equity. The educational part of the seminar was very good, and did point out important considerations when selling one's business. But that followed with very agressive one-on-one sales pitches to get a $36,000 - $47,000 check from you before you left the seminar that day. Walked away from Gen Equity with two issues: (1) To get me in the seminar that day, they presented the option to partially sell my business as a means to capture equity investment for grow capital, but wanted me to commit to a full sell in order for process to move forward.....I said no! (2) The $36,000 they wanted as a deposit was way too much money to hand over to an outfit that I didn't even know a few hours ago. No prudent business owner would do that. It occurred to me that maybe Gen Equity was looking for owners who weren't so prudent.......i.e, gullible!

Good company

We are in the process of selling our company using Generational Equity. So far they have done everything they said they would. We will keep this site updated as we progress.

Very satisfied

We used Generational Equity to sell our company. They were able to help us get our company ready for market. They were also able to identify about 400 potential buyers. They were very aggressive marketing my company. They got several buyers interested and we ultimately sold for more than they said the company was worth. We were very satisfied.

SCAM!

SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!!

Yes, I have also heard about Generational Equity, which have also been known as Generational Wealth Equity, GW Equity Generational.
They are nothing more than a fraudulent scamming company, trying to stay in business each time when someone exposes them and makes them pay their debts. All they do – is run. Close their offices and the open up somewhere else.
Every victim that is out there should really file a complaint, then there would probably be enough to sue GW Equity and take them to court, AND also make them pay back all the money to those who had lost it.
There is nothing good about this company, because they do not even perform their duties and services. All is made up, the commercials, the ads, the promises.
I have also lost my money, and I want it back! People, lets get together and make this company shut down for good!

Frauds hiding under a fake name

Be alarmed and do not deal with GW Equity and Generational Equity. They are pretending to be a brand new company, however, they have been running their scams for a while now. They are just changing the name of the business to fool more people, who have not heard of them before.
What a great opportunity to get more money from innocent people.
I have been to a presentation by this company, which I though to myself was quite good. But when I decided to Google them, I was shocked, since they have so many bad reviews on them!
I did not want to continue or get involved in any kind of business with them.
My own company is too precious for me to let it be robbed by some scam company.
GW Equity had many names over the years, and this is the one they are using now. Don't deal with them, you have been warned!

You can find all their contacts in the above stated information, or on their website, which is also provided here. Be sure to research them and surely stay away.
