It looks like I am not the only one who got scammed by Shyam Goyal and his company Swati Impex! As others already mentioned this guy is only interested in stealing your hard earned money and your personal information. He promised me to deliver mobile phones, but as soon as he got my money he became almost unreachable. Numerous emails and phone calls from my part left unanswered! I will post this complaint on every complaint website, that I'll be able to find on the internet, so that other people won't get cheated by Shyam Goyal. Don't trust your business in the hands of this guy and his company Swati Impex!
I am planning on launching a class action law suit against him! So if anyone interested, please email me at [email protected]! Together we can make him pay for what he has done!

I became Swati Impex victim as well! Their employee by the name Shyam Goyal promised me services that have never been provided to me. I am totally disappointed with this company!
I ordered from Swati Impex Ltd and till today nothing was delivered. After waiting about two weeks more, I finally decided to contact Shyam Goyal and get information about what is going on with my order. I sent about 15 emails during one week and got no answer. Then I tried to call their customer service and no one picked up the phone. It seems to me like they have blocked my number.
Never ever make any business with Swati Impex India and especially with Shyam Goyal! They vanished with my money!

This is 100% truth!! Swati Impex is just another scam and must be avoided at all costs! This company just seems to be reliable and attractive but t is only about stealing money from innocent people! I dealt with this company just once and all business was with their representative Shyam Goyal who is a perfect liar and cheater. When I met with Shyam Goyal this person seemed to be reliable and it looked like he knows what he is doing. I trusted him and I made a contract with him but after I paid money I saw totally different and true face of this company!! Shyam Goyal took my money but services were never provided by Swati Impex. I tried to contact them many times, for the first time they gave me fake promises which were never completed and then they just started to ignore me. It was my biggest mistake and my business was almost ruined because of them. So you have to be very careful and better avoid Swati Impex and Shyam Goyal.

Beware of Shyam Goyal, this guy is nothing more than a scammer, a real con-artist. This sole-trader owns a company named Swati Impex which definitely must be avoided at all possible costs.
Swati Impex India claims to be a well-developed international marketer, which already exports to 40 countries around the globe. I am not really sure whether this true or not, but I was unfortunate enough to deal with Shyam Goyal and the guy definately is a liar. I met this guy on-line and we met to discuss potential partnership between our companies. We have agreed that I will import some products via his company. Everything went smooth until I gave him the money. Swati Impex Ltd never delievered the goods which have caused me to let my buyers down. This have made my business worthless - the buyers just turned away from me and my company. I tried to at least get my money back from Shyam Goyal but it was useless - at first he was making some excuses and then he simply stopped answering the phone. In the end he sent me a message saying that all the funds will be deposited to my bank account the same day - this, of course, never happened.
Beware of this guy and his company. Despite the fact that at the beginning everything looks professional and legit - once you actually give him the money - you'll never hear from Swati Impex Gwalior again.
